I stopped going the the Chillicothe, OH location. Because it wasn't clean and seemed to be under poor management. It had been years, but we thought we would give it a try again today. Mistake! Drinking glasses dirty, the rable paying machine was gross. I ordered chicken alfredo. I had both Alfredo noodles and spaghetti noodles in my serving and drips on meat pasta sauce on my plate. They didn't bring the spoon with it. I get another order this time with a spoon and parsley on top. But the sauce seemed watery. This location is still so dirty. I will go to lancaster, columbus, or ashland KY before I come back to Chillicothe.

Our waiter Ethan was very good, very attentive and very helpful. Our food was delicious. I had the egg plant parmesan with spaghetti and marina sauce. Atmosphere was quiet with moderate noise.

Food was wonderful and the waitress was working very hard to keep up. The only down fall was how hot it was in the restaurant. Felt so bad for the waitress working in those temperatures. We were miserably hot just sitting there, can only imagine how hard it was for her and she still managed to smile.

This was such a good experience. I cant remember our servers name but she was great. All of our food was amazing- from the chicken gnocchi soup to the breads ticks to the spinach artichoke dip (my favorite!) to the chicken tortellini to the beignets. Definitely brought home food and it was worth every penny. This is my favorite Olive Garden location!

I have ate at this restaurant multiple times over the years as its right in between where we all live so its an easy place to meet as a family. Last night we celebrated father's day here with a family of 6 total. Getting a seat was quick and easy which was nice but thats when things quickly went downhill. I want to preface this that our server was incredible and he tried his best but I dont blame this on the wait staff at all. What happened last night was either management is absolutely atrocious, their computers were having glitches or a combination of that and possibly being short staffed (but staffing didnt seem to be the issue)
It took nearly 20 minutes just to get our drink order out and another 20 minutes on top of that just to get breadsticks and salad. 3 members of our group ordered soup and it was all cold. It took an hour just to get our entrees out. I noticed we were not the only ones in the restaurant with this issue. Smaller parties also were suffering for wait times but the wait staff was running circles around the place. Apparently, from what I overheard, the wait staff were not assigned sections. They had tables in every single section around the restaurant and were not properly informed when they had a new party in a different section. I dont know who set it up that way. But whoever did, should absolutely not be working there. I felt so sorry for the wait staff running around and just couldn't keep up at all. Ive been to a lot of restaurants and I've worked in them when I was younger as well and could easily spot a horrible excuse for management in this store. Maybe there was something else going on that I didnt over hear or know about but the staff deserve so much better. The food was delicious and out waiter tried his hardest to keep up and im very grateful for that. But this is not what I expect from an established restaurant chain, especially one I've dined at multiple times in the past without this issue.

Because this is a chain restaurant, there's not much that sets this apart from the other ones as far as atmosphere, quality of food, menu etc. we've gone multiple times to this one and we generally always have exceptional service from the employees themselves. One of the biggest critics of this particular place is the lack of AC. Apparently they have one but it doesn't work....for several years running. It's still generally still comfortable for guest seating, but if you're a heat sensitive individual avoid the really hot days in deep summer.
