They're are inconsistent with food's like their stir fry greens 💚, unfortunately we stopped to buy them again and asked for fresh , said we have no problem with waiting for them, they weren't saucy, couldn't even taste the garlic type sauce that we had tried months ago, think on some of their food and especially their allowing food to just sit and dry out or not covering it when the flies are really bad etc has changed our minds about buying food from them. Over 30.00 and mostly the food was trashed after we had went inside to pick it out and drive back home before trying it.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Camden at Panda Express! From the moment I walked in, Camden was welcoming, kind, and patient. They took the time to explain the different options and helped me pick out exactly what I was craving. The service was fast, friendly, and genuine — you can tell Camden really cares about giving customers a great experience. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes your day a little brighter just by doing their job so well. Thank you, Camden!

This chain is really going downhill. During my recent visit I noticed they greatly reduced the size of the plates. I received an abundance of veggies and very little chicken in the 2 dishes I ordered. Food was mediocre at best. I have had a couple other poor experiences with Panda in the past couple of years. I am giving up on this chain.

I hadn't been to a Panda Express for a while, since I left Indiana. Stopped in around 3pm and food was okay except for the orange chicken was tasteless and mushy

Food was great.
Terrible customer service.
We had a friendly cashier, he was so nice. However the person taking the food order inside was very rude. They should not have them dealing with customers. I did not get her name but she had flower tattoos on her arms. We were nothing but polite to her and she was very annoyed because we didn't know exactly what we wanted right away. She roller her eyes and scoffed the entire time she took our order. Other than her terrible attitude, the experience was great!

I ordered Panda for delivery after getting home from a 12 hour shift and when they delivered my drink felt light so I took the lid off and my drink was halfway full. like ???? How do you forget to fill the rest of the cup up. you can’t be in that much of a hurry 😭 I can’t make this up y’all. I never write reviews but this was insane lol

Slow, very slow service.
Ran out of chow mein. Told me to pull around to the door and it would be out in 4 minutes, it was actually 16 minutes and the order was wrong.

Looking at the other reviews mine seems to fit right in. In drive through, ordered a bowl with Beijing beef. Apparently that's not something they just have ready believe it or not. They asked me to pull around. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER - nothing. I go inside and ask nicely where my food is. They're like oh, let me get that for you. They make it and hand it to me. They flat out forgot about me and I waited way too long. No apologies nothing. Overpriced but always considered it a treat. Not anymore. If they can't take care of their customers and the staff has an I don't care attitude they will no longer get my business and you should look at the other bad reviews here. Not a good place to eat.

We stopped here after a basketball game. Checked online at their hours and seen they close at 1030 pm. We walked in the dining room and was greeted as usual. It was 9:45 pm. We made notice that there wasn’t many dish options as usual.The gentleman working said they were closing soon so if there was something we wanted they would make it per order, but most of the dishes at the window were empty and had been cleaned. However, my husband and dtr and I were able to find something already available. As we were paying the gentleman informed us that we would have to tell “him” (pointing to another employee working the carryout window) what we wanted to drink bc the DR fountain drink dispenser was already down for its nightly cleaning. I asked for tea if they had it. The employee yelled over to the other employee and said, “Guess what they asked for?” Then proceeded to tell me that he and that employee “kinda had a disagreement about that earlier.” Finally we all decided on available drinks and proceeded to a table. My family removed our coats and sat down, opened our food and was met by another employee telling us the inside actually closed in 5 min (which would be 10:00 pm) as he apologized. At no point from the time we walked in the establishment did anyone inform us that we had 10 min to be in and out. Nor did they ask us if we were ordering dine in or takeout. Common sense would tell them dine in. Otherwise we would have gone through the drive thru right!? So even tho there were another couple in there sitting eating, they asked to leave. AFTER THEY SOLD US FOOD! With our 7 year old in tow!! What a place to start a restaurant and even more so a place where the employee communicate to their patrons! I can tell you we will NEVER eat there again and I will pass the word at what kind of place you’re running here. Absolute disgrace!!

They got our order like really wrong despite confirming it twice. The person had a very “I can’t be wrong” attitude. How does someone wound up with thinking it’s “half white rice, half also white rice” when someone says friend rice and chow mein? Like I get working fast food sucks(I know from experience), but that’s just malicious incompetence at that point. Quit your job.

If you’re going through Circleville, just go to the one there. They are great.
