Slow, very slow service.
Ran out of chow mein. Told me to pull around to the door and it would be out in 4 minutes, it was actually 16 minutes and the order was wrong.

Looking at the other reviews mine seems to fit right in. In drive through, ordered a bowl with Beijing beef. Apparently that's not something they just have ready believe it or not. They asked me to pull around. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER - nothing. I go inside and ask nicely where my food is. They're like oh, let me get that for you. They make it and hand it to me. They flat out forgot about me and I waited way too long. No apologies nothing. Overpriced but always considered it a treat. Not anymore. If they can't take care of their customers and the staff has an I don't care attitude they will no longer get my business and you should look at the other bad reviews here. Not a good place to eat.

We stopped here after a basketball game. Checked online at their hours and seen they close at 1030 pm. We walked in the dining room and was greeted as usual. It was 9:45 pm. We made notice that there wasn’t many dish options as usual. The gentleman working said they were closing soon so if there was something we wanted they would make it per order, but most of the dishes at the window were empty and had been cleaned. However, my husband and dtr and I were able to find something already available. As we were paying the gentleman informed us that we would have to tell “him” (pointing to another employee working the carryout window) what we wanted to drink bc the DR fountain drink dispenser was already down for its nightly cleaning. I asked for tea if they had it. The employee yelled over to the other employee and said, “Guess what they asked for?” Then proceeded to tell me that he and that employee “kinda had a disagreement about that earlier.” Finally we all decided on available drinks and proceeded to a table. My family removed our coats and sat down, opened our food and was met by another employee telling us the inside actually closed in 5 min (which would be 10:00 pm) as he apologized. At no point from the time we walked in the establishment did anyone inform us that we had 10 min to be in and out. Nor did they ask us if we were ordering dine in or takeout. Common sense would tell them dine in. Otherwise we would have gone through the drive thru right!? So even tho there were another couple in there sitting eating, they asked to leave. AFTER THEY SOLD US FOOD! With our 7 year old in tow!! What a place to start a restaurant and even more so a place where the employee communicate to their patrons! I can tell you we will NEVER eat there again and I will pass the word at what kind of place you’re running here. Absolute disgrace!!

They got our order like really wrong despite confirming it twice. The person had a very “I can’t be wrong” attitude. How does someone wound up with thinking it’s “half white rice, half also white rice” when someone says friend rice and chow mein? Like I get working fast food sucks(I know from experience), but that’s just malicious incompetence at that point. Quit your job.
If you’re going through Circleville, just go to the one there. They are great.

Went somewhat near closing time. Ordered a bowl of orange chicken and fried rice. Went to ask for a drink, but either the order taker did not hear me or was ignoring me. Pulled up to the window to be told they have to cook fresh fried rice, which is fine, said it would take maybe four minutes or so. Order taker asked if I wanted to wait or to get white rice instead. I chose to wait. Was told to wait by the front door of the restaurant. Waited ten minutes, nothing. Watched the kitchen team through the window leave the kitchen and go into the back.
Waited longer, then went through the drive -thru to ask about my food. I was getting food before my shift at work and was running out of time to actually eat it. Person at the window said they were watching the cook make the rice as they speak. Parked around front again to wait. Five more minutes passed before my food gets brought out.
It has taken 30 minutes to get my meal. I usually do not complain but as someone who has worked in food service before this is pretty unacceptable. Fried rice does not take twenty to thirty minutes to make.

Food had been spitting out so long that the food had dried up. The super greens were fresh but very bland and I love coming to Panda Express mainly for the super greens. I was very disappointed and I will not return to this location. That food should have been thrown out it was that old.

The first visit they forgot my main and my second and third visit made me wish they forgot it again. It all tasted delicious it was just the texture of the chicken. The fried chickens were very overcooked and dried to the center. The grilled chicken was so soft it felt like I was eating teriyaki Jello. The sides weren't bad, specifically the Chow Mein

Sadly this was my 2nd visit to Panda Express, and the meal I recieved was horrible. Every single item was obviously old, stale, burnt and tasted like leftovers. Huge disappointment given the fact alone of just the cost. I'm experiencing more and more establishments like Panda that just only want your $, with no regard to what they are serving NOR do they care . Quality and just plain pride in what you are serving should be priority #1. I won't eat here again unless I see the food being made fresh in front of me.
