The guy with the long hair just went from the register to put on gloves to touch my food without cleaning his hands. Then used a clean rag to wipe his EAR then used hand sanitizer and walked off leaving that rag on the counter.

I placed my order online as usual, but accidentally clicked the wrong option and asked if they could just provide a cup of ice. When I went through the drive-thru, they didn’t include any utensils or straws, so I had to go inside. While there, I overheard the two drive-thru employees openly bad mouthing me and my order.
Between the cold and poor food quality, mediocre drinks, and unprofessional customer service, this visit was extremely disappointing.

I was so disappointed the minute we walked in the door the cashier taking the order you could tell she didn't like her job not even a smile go back to get our drinks young men and young girl walked by he was checking the men room so she could go in and clean he handle inside and out side of door with gloves on then walked by grabbing top of trash cans with same gloves I got on to him as I seen him in same gloves handling food he did not touch ours but makes up think he did finally change gloves plus portions was really small for what we paid and are use to will not go back here again

That cinnamon crunch bagel is amazing. Also the Fromage was soooo good. Haven't had much else, but willing to drive out Bridge Street for just those two things, if that tells you anything!
