Went through the drive through at 9:01pm wanting two small green teas, sat there for a few minutes, decided I was just gonna go in (9:04pm) went in there were still people eating in side and someone at the register ordering food, after the person who ordered there food in front of me, the employee asked me if I was gonna place an order, I told him I just wanted two green teas and he told me that they were closed and that he just closed out the register for the night. Not friendly or great employees at all! All I wanted is two green teas.

Ordered 3 cups of coffee to go. There was no medium brew. Girl at the check out weakly offered to brew some. Left the shop getting dark roast. All the coffee was cold and no one was able to drink it. This was at 4:30-5pm.

Spent +20 minutes in the drive thru with being the only car during the middle of the day. Ran out of majority of the menu, got 1/3 of the order right and still paid $35. No bacon on the Bacon turkey bravo, food is very bland to what it used to be. Every one location of these restaurants have quickly declined. I get more food out of my kids lunchables! Not wasting more money on these franchises ?

It was good and I like the food thereParking: You can park close to the restaurant and you can walk up to it and it has handicapped accessible parking as well.
First time coming there & My order was wrong I ordered a bread bowl Chedder soup in it but i just got the soup and the bread on the side I just left it be and ate the soup but it was great soup. Also a little expensive.

PLEASE take your time to get orders accurate and complete guys!! I used to be a regular customer and my visits have slowly dwindled down to nothing because Everytime I give it a try my order is incorrect or missing things. I'd rather wait a little longer, and get what I paid for !all I even got today was a drink, a cafe mocha, but there was barely any chocolate in it & and no whipp cream + chocolate sauce on top. that's the best part lol. does it really take that long to do that they couldn't bother to make the drink properly?? I paid 7$ for a cup of hot milk with a hint of chocolate flavor . paid for extra espresso too but I don't taste that either.been almost a year since my last Panera attempt . probably gonna be even longer next time after this experience. what happened to you all? no better than mcd or starbuxk

Love the laid back atmosphere, sip club is amazing, I travel a lot and it's nice to be able to sit and do work in a quiet environment with lovely staff and not be rushed out or made to feel awkward for being there for too long.
