Rōst is a gem of a coffee shop in Chillicothe. They make excellent coffee and the staff have always been polite and attentive to service. This new location is smaller than their previous one, so it feels a bit more cramped but I feel the ambience is warmer and more inviting.
While their seasonal drinks are good, the cubano is still my go to and never fails.
If you can visit one coffee shop while in Chillicothe, this place is it.

Flag out saying OPEN. After downloading app & paying for parking, got to door & small sign said kitchen closed & door locked! Someone was sitting at table inside by window watching me. She could have stuck her head out door to inform me before I went to all that trouble. Will never go back.

We were on the way back to Columbus and checked out this coffee shop and man we were blown away! Had the brown butter latte and a cappuccino. Best coffee we’ve had since moving to Ohio, Best cappuccino since visiting Italy! This may be an hour away from where we live now but we will definitely be returning!

Rōst Coffee is a lovely coffee spot with really good coffee and amazing-looking desserts. I don't get a chance to visit as often as I used to, so this time I purchased their whole-bean coffee, which they were kind enough to grind for me. I also bought my favorite drink, the Cubano. I purchased four pre bottled drinks so I could share with a friend. I highly recommend this coffee shop. There are also other shops in the area, so you can look around while waiting for your coffee to be prepared.

A 3rd wave coffee oasis in Chilicothe! Beautiful place, fantastic coffee (had Guji, Huila, and Cost Rica) brewed as pourovers on V60. Also had the Breakfast Burrito which was a full meal.

OMG! That brown butter is sooooo delicious. I suggest a big chocolate chip cookie with your brown butter latte. You will not be disappointed.

Let us put cold foam on our matchas!!!!! That was the only reason I kept going to this place and I think it’s silly you won’t let us anymore. I don’t like going to Starbucks but yall are really leaving us with no other choice, their the only other place that will let you do that
