Had a late night run to this rally’s and I was very surprised by how fresh my food was. I would like to give a recognition to the manager Mr. Terry. He’s very respectful and helpful. Great charisma and just all around an amazing person who I feel has single handily turn this establishment around. Kudos to you bud. You have restored my faith in rally’s again brother.

I placed a mobile order and picked it up maybe 10 minutes after placing the order. The food was terrible, everything was cold. My burger, fries, the apple pie was lukewarm at best and the coke tasted like it had been sitting as it tasted extremely watered down.
Once I heard the fried apple pie was back I had to make a stop! The girl at the window was super nice, I think her name was Ashley... Not gonna lie I usually avoid rallys at all cost but my last visit changed my opinion of them quite a Bit

The NEW GM (Dave) that is running this unit is an outstanding gentleman. My food has never been better, and the cleanliness is just absolutely refreshing. Please hold on to this guy he Isa keeper for sure.

I gave a five start because Dave and the lady who came out to take our order were terrific! Very kind, smiling and seemed to like what they were doing.
However, the food was not the best. We got 2 big Buford combos and the Pattie’s seemed like they had been sitting quite a while and the cheese looked old and stale. It was melted but looked like it had been sitting for a while, maybe 5 strands of lettuce on the burger. They forgot to give us our cheese sauce for the fries so when my friend went up to get them the lady who got her 1 not 2 like we ordered was rude to her.
Cheese sticks were amazing and fries were good.
Dave you rock! Keep doing what you do! Rally’s needs to give that man a raise because if I come back next time I’m in Chillicothe it would because of him.
