Just drive 2 more miles and go to a different one. The girls here were very unfriendly, rude, and have staring problems. Also nobody pays $6 for a coffee for it not to be filled to the top. It's very obvious from previous reviews that Starbucks and Kroger allows this behavior.

rude employees especially the one working the register on 03-13 around 130pm. ordered a tall ICED white chocolate mocha was charged for a grande and given a hot. the girl on the register repeated the order back to me after i told her, said it right and rang it up wrong. told basically there’s nothing that can be done. also waited over 15 minutes for 2 drinks. i will definitely drive elsewhere to get coffee from now on!

If I could give no stars I would. Hannah and other employee is extremely rude !!! Put more ice then the drink in the cups. I’m a Starbucks regular around America and this has been the worst one I’ve ever I mean EVER experienced. #1 ZERO customer service skills very bad attitudes. I almost didn’t want my items because of how bad their energy is. Just fire everyone get a district manager needs to get out their ASAP CAUSE UGHHHH !!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would because it doesn’t deserve even 1. The staff is extremely rude. The staff was so bad, we chose to leave without our drinks after paying.

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Never have anything in stock of what I order. Plus the person taking the order is always expressing its not her fault, nothing was made up ahead of time because I wasn't here to do it. So petty, right in front of her co-workers and customers. Very rude staff.
