Not a good service, I had to ask if the drink that was on the counter was mine, without a name and no one mentioned the drink, it didn't look like the photo either; 50% ice 40% matcha oatmeal and a scarce 10% lavender.... Very disappointing, they just look like they hate their job…

My order was a short mocha and I was charged $4.85 plus $0.70 for soy milk! Additionally, I had a half a cup of foam and only a half a cup of actual coffee! My total bill was $5.60!! I will not purchase from Starbucks ever again due to their discriminatory policy for someone with an allergy along with the half of serving I received!

The drinks/food are a 10/10 HOWEVER this is my regular Starbucks stop so I come here frequently and there is a certain woman who works here who will literally walk away and ignore me & my gf for no apparent reason. She also always says they are out of something and then uses it right after she eventually makes our drinks. I understand being out of stock of things but tonight she said she was out of cold foam and then made herself a drink with COLD FOAM. We also had to wait probably 5 minutes to be served (no line) she purposely walks away hoping we leave. This is not the only time either. It’s always this one woman.

went in with my sister and the manager, josh has a horrid attitude. harassing employees, not to mention he made my drink and it tasted awful, not correct at all!! told other employees that he didn’t understand pronouns and continued to call them “she/her” and the employee CLEARLY wants to be referred to as he/they!!! horrible manager, mean and inconsiderate.

I try not to give bad reviews, but I have to. There is no reason to have a bad attitude towards customers when they haven’t done anything. There is one girl with glasses and long brown hair that is rude every time I go there. I try not to mind because I know food service sucks, but this girl was rude to my mom when she came in and that’s a no-go for me.Sorry for the 1 star for the rest of the baristas, but your co-worker needs to get it together or just quit.
Josh, Madi, Kaylie, and the rest of the baristas are awesome! Give these workers' raises!! Bout to order me a life time supply of cold brew it's so much better at this location, friendly staff, almost no wait time, etc.

My fiancé wanted to buy a new cup, so she grabbed the one she walked and walked to the countertop and the women working there placed a sign on the countertop saying closed. This was 2 hours before closing time. We finish our shopping at Kroger’s, standing in line to check out and there was a gentleman placing an order. My fiancé went back over there, placed an order and got what she wanted and the lady working there slid the drink across the countertop and it almost fell on the ground.
Not sure of the names but these ladies were very rude. And had terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, here on December 27th at 5:45pm and asked for two drinks, asked for short, charged for tall, asked for simple order for two different drinks and got both drinks wrong. Told us we were wrong instead. Don’t come here unless you are prepared for ineptitude.
