I really like the new look at Steak N Shake. It is welcoming and honestly not missing having someone take my order. It was clean snd the food was not. I do miss a bowl of chilli, they only have cups now. They do give you a massive cup when you get cheese (thanks!).

I'll be honest. Food was amazing. Place was spotlessly clean. And speed of service was incredibly fast. In all honesty, this should be a five star rating, but they made a few changes to the place, and I'm not a fan of change so I deducted a star. You should definitely go here.

Used to live the table side service i used to get back in the day. Today you don't interact with a person to place your order, you go to the touch screen. I used to get ketchup in my burger along with all the other toppings, Today you can't even pay to get them to put ketchup on your burger. They even told me they would put ketchup on my burger despite the option not being on the touch screen. Very disappointed. They have the potential to be a good restaurant again, but they're slowly phasing out the things that make it a good restaurant to reduce cost. I'm not sure if I'll ever go back.
