Today I ordered through uber eats and the app completely messed up my order! I called into the store when I placed another order and Jacob was so kind and friendly when I explained my problem and even offered compensation but I told him that was not needed due to the store doing everything right! But he made sure my second sub I had delivered was made correctly to my standards and also apologized for something that wasn’t their fault.

Wasted 40 minutes of my hour lunch from a 12 hour shift stood in line for 20 minutes nobody spoke a word to any of the customers in line, for them to tell me they couldn’t make my food because my pick up order didn’t come through their computer and they’re supposed to come through 15 minutes beforehand, as I showed her the charge on my bank account she said “it’ll just refund automatically” and had me leave. If any of them had has asked what we needed instead of taking 20 minutes in silence to make a couple wraps for the first person in line they probably would’ve known the old man in the wheel chair in front of me was just waiting for a pop and would’ve been able to make my order.

food always amazing, the girl that made me and my boyfriends subs not so much. as soon as we walked in at 9:07 she was very aggravated because they closed in 23 minutes. Just very rude asking us what subs we were getting ect. this man came in (i think he was homeless) and asked for a spoon. Ariana was not happy AT all. very rude he was very kind and said thank you,please,maam. after he said thank you she just kinda tossed the fork at him and walked away.

I ordered two of the foot-long subs expecting to pay $5.99 each because there's a huge sign advertising the deal. When I went to pay for them I was charged $19.18 for the two subs. I mentioned the advertisement and was told that EVERYONE screws up and the price was still $19.18. I'd have asked for a manager but there were only two teenaged girls working and both were very frazzled. Absolutely astonishing and false advertising.

I guess the places opens when they want. At 9 am I asked the guy when are they going open an he said he's running behind. Maybe in a hour or so. They are supposed to open at 830 am

I was here today around noonish. Long line. A guy in the back prepping should have come out a lot earlier than he did to help the one girl out front. But that's not the reason for the one star. It was the only thing I ate all day, the breakfast wrap. I started feeling bad a few hours later and just violently threw up. I'm calling the health department on Monday.

Sat in line for about 3/4 minutes while workers talk in the back, luckily while I was waiting I saw a fly / some sort of bug in the bread shelves crawling around! Glad i didnt eat here!

It might be the time of day that I decided to make my sub that makes my opinion so different, but almost every day i get a 6” tuna sub for about $6 cause i get some cookies too. Today i go in there and this dude puts ONE scoop of tuna on my sub and starts to finger blast my sub! I ask for another scoop and he says “you know that will be extra right?” Ofc i say yes and he puts another scoop on and proceeded to use his hands again instead of the scooper like everyone else. This dude puts two tiny slices of tomato and barely any lettuce on the sub and a tiny squirt of mayo. And they proceeded to charge me $7.72 for basically a piece of bread and two cookies. Never going that early again.

So I was working in Walmart today I'm a merchandiser so I took a 15 minute break got me a sub and they lady was working was not happy so she took it out on her customers so as i went in subway she was in the lobby getting water in a sanitized so she seen me and went back there and Slammed the glass up on the table and asked what I want!!! I was about to say forget it but I was hungry and I couldn't leave Walmart yet so I ordered my food she had gloves on when I seen her out in the lobby she didn't even charge them.... so I as I set there and eat my food the lobby had a lot of Walmart works in there and I seen a few customers come in and she did the same them to them when I'm merchandiser Walmart and I seen her in there I'll just wait until I'm going to my next stop to eat...
