Stopped by to pick up a between games meal for our baseball team. Went to the drive thru and waited at the menu board to order but after 3-4 minutes received no response. I pulled forward to the window thinking perhaps something was wrong with the drive thru. Five associates were working, at least two of which made eye contact with but nobody came to the window. Sat another 3-4 minutes and eventually gave up and drove off. Went to Dairy Queen down the street instead.
Subway’s food is already sub par compared to their competitors and if I were a franchisee I would be making sure that when the convenience of my location offered a potential sale I wouldn’t let that slip away.

The only problem was the pop was flat with low taste ,the veg's was good on my and dad subs but the pop was not good at all he said the same thing I did . If the pop was better to good it would a better experience

My food was prepared promptly and correct. The manager who was running the register had a 4.5 minute personal conversation with a friend / customer at the drive-thru window. Two other customers that were behind me had their orders complete and were waiting to pay as well. The awesome employee who prepared all three orders removed her gloves and ran the register while the manager's conversation continued.

Worst subway in chillicothe. Subway is one of my favorite spots, & this one is on the way home. You have to go in to make sure its subpar. Ordering doordash or going through the drivethru its just lukewarm garbage

ROACH INFESTED. went in around 9pm and god a drink and went over to the drink station to fill it and there was a roach running across the drink lids and straws container and in my way out one ran across the floor infront of me.

I ordered 2 subs ahead of time. i arrived and told the employee i was there for a pick up order. When the employee replied by saying “thank goodness I don’t have to make another sub” I should have just walked out. Of course the subs were wrong. Turkey, not pepperoni was added to my ham and cheese, wrong bread, and wrong veggies. My other sub was completely wrong as well. The store itself was a train wreck. The employees definitely hate their job and it shows with how well the store is kept and how the subs are made.

Used to be my favorite place to eat. But the last 2 times I've went. My food's been wrong and i've had stomach problems afterwards. Not sure if it's just the store or me. Or the food's just not what he used to be. What will be going back anytime soon
