Ordered a salad with Italian sauce to pickup and they gave me no dressing for the salad 🫠

Food was made to order. Didn’t take long. Burger and fries, very good. The special sauce was nice with shredded lettuce. Similar to Mac sauce but better… and not as messy. There was a classic old school vibe that was cool and unexpected since it was my first time there. It was a good experience on my lunch break. The locals know this place is great, I will definitely return the next time I’m in Chillicothe.

Prices have gone up quite a bit, but the consistency is still there. The atmosphere seems more sterile at the new location.
Staff seems disinterested at the register.
Doesn't quite feel like it's worth the road trip from Columbus the way it used to.

09/27/2025 - Haven’t been to Sumburger in Chillicothe, OH in a long time and decided to stop by after visiting one of my dearest friends. I’ve called in my order and was instructed to come through the drive-thru window in 15-20 minutes. Once I arrive, the staff member was very friendly and nice. My order was ready. Provided the payment received my order and receipt. I ordered the double Sumburger Platter with crinkle cut fries and they’re delicious coleslaw. Good spot with delicious burgers and other food items. Enjoy!

An institution. The Sumburger is an icon if you ask me. I’ve been eating it since I was 5 years old. I’ll always miss the original, drive-in location, but I’m glad it’s still going strong at this one!

The Mac and cheese is genuinely Kraft. What a joke.

Food was good service very nice. I do wish they would take all the ice cream signs down if they aren't gonna serve it. My son and I were really looking forward to having some after our burger
