Google said open got to location and said close at 6pm for Christmas eve. Manager was a jerk telling people to get out. Was not hurting anything finishing my food was asked to leave as I was eating. Was a regular at this location never again. Good way to chase off business. Good job 👏 👍.

Pulled in to park and noticed 2 employees laying on the sidewalk on the side of the building and the girl wearing the drive-thru headset was sitting in her car. Walked inside and there was one guy preparing the curbside order, doing all the work himself and he was so overwhelmed it was difficult for him to help us. The dining room was filthy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a LONG TIME, absolutely disgusting. Walked back outside after waiting SEVERAL minutes and the same 3 employees were still outside laying around and milking the time clock. I told all of them that their behavior and work ethic was gross and the 2 on the sidewalk scrambled back into the building but the drive-thru girl stayed in her car. I left. Whoever owns/franchises/manages this location should FIRE EVERYONE WORKING TONIGHT EXCEPT for the gentleman who continued to work despite all those other lazy losers.

I order a crunch wrap and 3 supreme soft taco meal that came with a drink. I received 3 soft tacos with the smallest amount of beef then filled with lettuce. No tomatoes no sour cream no nothing that a supreme taco comes with. My taco were completely flat like it had nothing in it just a tortilla. Then my crunch wrap had only LETTUCE IN IT with nacho cheese that i said to take off!! I Called the restaurant and told them to **** you basically because that was just plain awful and messed up. Basically it seems they didn't wanna give us the food material in the items cause it was later. This location is newer a and suppose to be better but I wouldn't recommend going here at all. Thanks for stealing my money taco bell...

Can't seem to get an order right. Ordered 5 soft tacos, no cheese, got 5 soft tacos with no lettuce and extra cheeze.

They used to have great breakfast selections. When they quit selling what I ordered all the time, it makes me feel that I never was really valued, and that's a feeling I won't forget. Good bye.

Always forgetting the simple things, napkins in the bag.. and cutting the food into slices. Such an easy task and is never done. If you hate your job find a new one...

0 star service! Last night at around 6pm me and my mom went into the lobby for dinner. There were three guys sitting at a table eating their food, but no one else in line or in the lobby. We stood and looked at the menu for a bit, then moved up closer to the counter when we were ready to order. The girl working said "someone will be with you in a minute or you can order on the kiosk". My mom doesn't like using technology, especially if she doesn't have to, so we continued to wait. My mom tried to ask about a menu item and was completely ignored. We waited a few more minutes and the girl continued to take and make about 5 drive thru orders while we were standing there. She even took money, including dirty change from a person at the window, and went back to making another person's food without changing her gloves. She stood talking and laughing with her coworker and would give me dirty looks. I said "we're ready to order now." so she said once more, "someone will be with you in a minute unless you want to use the kiosk." I said, "we're not using the kiosk" so she said "okay someone will be with you in a minute" in a snarky tone, so we walked out and went to White Castle, where they were more than happy to wait on us, even apologising for the wait time as they had several large drive thru orders, but still got to us in a polite timely manner. No one should be forced to use technology if they don't want to just because workers want you to do their job for them, and they should prioritise people in the lobby or at least prioritise them by the order they come in. I didn't get a good picture as I took it when we were walking out, but the girl had ginger hair and black eyelash extensions.

Usually you guys are pretty good. But a steak grilled cheese burrito is amazing because of the cheese on the outside, so messing that up sucks.
Then my wife’s cheese, rice and bean burrito with no beans had hard rice.

Like idk, this felt like it was rushed. It felt like the cheese was kept off the burrito knowing it would take time.

At least I got chipotle sauce on the taco. But man, the Taco Bell on Main Street took 30 minutes the last time I went. Really looking like I need to sort out my life and stop eating Taco Bell lol

I walked in to this taco bell on a bright sunny day and was greeted by a wildebeest that smelled bad and was unclean, made me feel uncomfortable and scared I didn't know how to refer to the person at the register. She was built like a woman but had a beard and arms such as a wolf. Me and my friends left immediately because she looked at as like she was about to growl.
