If you go through the drive thru, check your bag. Every time I go thru this location, something is wrong. No fork. Multiple food items missing. Chips spilled all over. One time the nacho cheese was spilled all over the bags and other items, which ended up getting cheese all over my car because I didn't realize. The people are nice amd make it right...just make sure you check your bag before you leave the property as something will likely be wrong

I wish I can give 0 stars, I just went through the drive thru , set for 10 mins waiting , ordered 1 #2 , and 1 soft taco, well they rang me in for 2 #2s , well long story short , they didn’t charge me and gave me the other #2 which is 3 soft tacos , well I drive from Taco Bell straight home Whivh is 5mins away, I get home me, nor my daughter could eat the food because it was ice cold, called the manager and nicely and respectfully told him they serving cold taco meat, he told me and I quote, “well u put ur order in 20 mins ago” , after I told him I set in the drive thru for 10mins waiting , he told me I ate them on the way home and was jus wanting free food ☠️☠️ Multi Billion dollar company can’t replace a couple tacos just because there ego and pride won’t allow it ??♂️ Just shameful ….. Corporate do better in who u let run ur restaurant …..

Today, they got my order mixed up with someone else in the drive thru. I realized as I was pulling onto the highway. I turn around and went inside to let them know. I was going to just eat what was given to me, but it was truly stuff I didn’t like. Either way, they were super nice and fixed the mistake immediately. There were tons of people who seemed to be a bit impatient. I totally get it! It’s fast food and I understand you want your food fast, it’s called fast food for a reason. However, I just wanted to leave a review because they truly seemed really low staffed and had a line wrapped around the building. They have multiple “Now Hiring” signs around the entire place. And although they made a mistake, the customer service was still phenomenal and I felt they need some recognition. This is my favorite Taco Bell for a reason!
Food potions has dropped. When I dine in, I usually have to order from the kiosk because there is no cashier available. Drink machine areais usually unkept. When I use the drive through, staff os usually on their phone or goofing around.
