Taco Bell is exactly what you expect Taco Bell to be. It's the kind of food you love to eat but hate yourself for it lol. You only live once, eat the tacos and drink the unnaturally weird blue green beverages. It hits best late at night and when someone else is driving you there.

The food here is never made right they always put minimal effort into it they don’t even put the right ingredients or the right amount if I’m paying 5$ for some loaded fries I’m expecting it to be made right with the right ingredients they put tomatoes not PICO and on top of that they had less than the regular portion of fries in there and the meat tasted old and looked disgusting … as for my burrito it’s like they’re making these 6$ burritos smaller and smaller each time it’s ridiculous the 2$ burritos come with more rice and meat in it than a 6$ burrito. What are they doing ? Eating the food for free in there and then just under making actual paying customers food to make up for the food loss or something in the store ? Please get it together. And get your freshness in check and train your employees the correct ingredients that go in items!

8/15/25 I waited at the front counter for my order to be taken from 6:16 to 6:42 in the evening. 26 minutes. At 6:25 the woman who was telling the others what to do, said to me from the back that they would be a second, to use the kiosk. They were sending order after order, non stop, through the drive thru. People would come in behind me and then leave. There is no care for the customer, no care for the loss of revenue due to lack of service. And my son had to fight to get someone to acknowledge him to get the cup of cheese they forgot, only to be told he had to pay .60 some cents for it even though they forgot to put it in our order, period. So...lose multiple orders from lost customers that quickly adds or but make sure we charge. 60 some cents for a cup of cheese.
There is currently a customer up front waiting, now that I'm finally sitting and eating, telling the workers about more customers that just walked out, and he himself has been waiting for a while and has kids in the car, hungry.
Absolute worst customer service ive ever experienced.

My husband got me a steak chalupa yesterday and ordered it without lettuce and tomato but when i opened it and went to take a bite there was more lettuce and tomato than anything as I was pulling all the lettuce and tomato off (cause we live about 20 minutes away and was more than halfway home) i noticed there was no cheese. None none at all mind you he didn’t mess with the cheese option and not to mention everything we got was cold.

I came to this Taco Bell location earlier today for a small snack and got a combo box for $7. Food was okay but my order was so messed up when I opened it. My steak Chalupa had tomato and lettuce on it when I asked for none I asked for taco sauce and got nothing. I ordered a dirty Baja blast and did not get that either. I honestly have no idea why have the option to customize my food when I don’t get what I asked for. This location is the WORST in Chillicothe I’ll just go to east main or bridge street from now on.

Waited 20 min, nobody said a word to me the whole time I stood there. I understand you're busy and probably short staffed but have the decency and customer service to at least acknowledge the people standing in the lobby.

This location has gone downhill in many ways from personal experience, but it also really depends on the time of day that someone visits. The day shift workers are excellent and knock things out quickly, while the night shift tend to lack attention to detail and are slow. Get it together Taco Bell.
Vegetarian options: My favorite option is the Cheesy Bean Burrito on the value menu. I personally don't like the creamy jalapeno sauce, so I swap it for chipotle instead. Try it out. Rice, Nacho Cheese, Refried Beans, and sub. creamy jalapeno for Chipotle Sauce. $1.99 after substitution.

Every time I choose this location, I’m reminded of how much better the Bridge Street location is. Under-filled items is the main complaint. If you’re set on getting T-bell (instead of Casa), go to Bridge Street.
