My husband got me a steak chalupa yesterday and ordered it without lettuce and tomato but when i opened it and went to take a bite there was more lettuce and tomato than anything as I was pulling all the lettuce and tomato off (cause we live about 20 minutes away and was more than halfway home) i noticed there was no cheese. None none at all mind you he didn’t mess with the cheese option and not to mention everything we got was cold.

I came to this Taco Bell location earlier today for a small snack and got a combo box for $7. Food was okay but my order was so messed up when I opened it. My steak Chalupa had tomato and lettuce on it when I asked for none I asked for taco sauce and got nothing. I ordered a dirty Baja blast and did not get that either. I honestly have no idea why have the option to customize my food when I don’t get what I asked for. This location is the WORST in Chillicothe I’ll just go to east main or bridge street from now on.

Waited 20 min, nobody said a word to me the whole time I stood there. I understand you're busy and probably short staffed but have the decency and customer service to at least acknowledge the people standing in the lobby.

This location has gone downhill in many ways from personal experience, but it also really depends on the time of day that someone visits. The day shift workers are excellent and knock things out quickly, while the night shift tend to lack attention to detail and are slow. Get it together Taco Bell.
Vegetarian options: My favorite option is the Cheesy Bean Burrito on the value menu. I personally don't like the creamy jalapeno sauce, so I swap it for chipotle instead. Try it out. Rice, Nacho Cheese, Refried Beans, and sub. creamy jalapeno for Chipotle Sauce. $1.99 after substitution.

Every time I choose this location, I’m reminded of how much better the Bridge Street location is. Under-filled items is the main complaint. If you’re set on getting T-bell (instead of Casa), go to Bridge Street.

So ordered from door dash didn’t get my nacho fries and they said they was out drove over myself and asked for some they gave me what I wanted them young lazy workers will get what’s coming for them ❤️🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
On December 5th I place a combo order with door dash paid around 30 bucks, somehow the order went to pick up and I couldn't get my food. Called them once to try and solve the problem, called back a second time because my son said he'd order a drink to get the dasher to bring my order but taco bell on western decided to not answer the phone at all. You took my money. I'll never order from this store ever again. That manager should be corrected. Upon looking at the other reviews it looks like your store is garbage, now I think I'll report this store to the BBB and local chamber of commerce

I hope the owners of this location know that the front entry lights and street sign have either not been working or not turned on at night, off and on; for some time. Looks like it’s closed, unless you really look. Really disappointed with tonight’s packaging of our drive through order. Tacos upside down and not easily edible without rebuilding at home. This location went through a really rough service period. Then was excellent, for a period of time. I really hope it gets better soon.

The only thing consistent at this location is how often things get messed up. Incorrect orders, never open on time, 95% of staff is just rude. There are better locations in town, this isn't one of them.

I literally cannot remember the last time you guys got my order right. Every single time I come there, you leave something out and I have to waste my time going back through the drive through, or into the store to get whatever items you forgot. How hard is this?!
