I used the mobile app to place an order to pick up at the counter. When I walked in, there were only two other customers in the restaurant.
Both of them were complaining of long waits (20 and 40 minutes) respectively. They were demanding refunds, and largely just being ignored by the staff. Except for one manager, who only said “there’s just 4 of us working back here! What do you expect us to do?!?”
First of all, four employees is a fully staffed Taco Bell. Second, these customers expect their food quicker than 20-40 minutes. As do I.
It should be noted that this entire time, a fifth employee was sitting at a dining table just playing on his phone.
After 20 minutes of me being there, neither of the other two customers ever received food. They got refunds and—unsurprisingly—stormed out.
It got the manager’s attention too, and explained I made a mobile order and would like to cancel. Because it was already placed, I had to contact support on the mobile app to do so. The time elapsed from placing my order to contacting support was 22 minutes.
Four employees could not handle three customers!
I am still dealing with customer support to get my refund. A fully staffed Taco Bell could not prepare food, nor interact with me or my order for over 22 minutes, and apparently have no ability to cancel an order: just zero effort across the board.
I’ve never experienced such terrible service in my entire life. It’s just unreal that they had a fully staffed location and could not make food for anyone, and worse, they didn't have a care in the world about even trying.
Just despicable. And now my $25 is in limbo because I made the mistake of placing the order on the app. Furious is an understatement.

Yes this location tends to be out of stuff ALOT but if you’ve ever eaten here you’d understand why. This is hands down the BEST Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. The food is AMAZING and judging by the line that’s always wrapped around the building others feel the same. Shoutout to the third shift crew for making it an awesome experience every time.

Fast food? I just waited 30 minutes trying to pay for my order meanwhile 15 cars can be in and out with their orders. I left unsatisfied without food. Some people have jobs to get back to.
A serious problem with management of resources. Always out of items in a new store suggests bad storage planning and straight up bad leadership. It is expected a busy location would occasionally be out of items, but this location is never very busy.
I recommend they close to add more storage and less dining in a store that gets almost no real foot traffic. Also fire all the managers responsible for maintaining stock.
