Absolutely awful! Do not recommend. We will not be going back. The service was absolutely terrible, the manager was very rude. Was also rude to a new lady that was in training!

A serious problem with management of resources. Always out of items in a new store suggests bad storage planning and straight up bad leadership. It is expected a busy location would occasionally be out of items, but this location is never very busy.
I recommend they close to add more storage and less dining in a store that gets almost no real foot traffic. Also fire all the managers responsible for maintaining stock.

We stop by every Tuesday and Thursday after sports activities because it's close and convenient. However, we have literally never gotten our complete order. Tonight I ordered chicken chulupas. I got 3 Doritos tacos. 2 of which literally just had meat in it 😂. I

Foods good if you actually get what you ordered, without missing food! Every single time I go there I always am either missing food or have my food messed up, the staff is very unpleasant and unprofessional people! Making fart sounds over headsets while ordering , and having crappy attitudes while serving the public… I’ve had many calls to have my missing food replaced, but when I go back they never know what I’m talking about, and refuses to replace my order if I can’t remember the exact day/time who I talked to or my exact order… which I order different things and order for my family when I go there! Just make sure you have your hole order before you pull away from the window, otherwise you’ll most likely have wrong or missing food, and still they most likely will pull you to the side for you to get your right order
