Good friendly employees. Food was "fresh" and hot. Item were made neatly and in bag meat ( not just tossed in) Taco Bell is my favorite fast food and luckily it's the cheapest too lol. Good job

I like this location better than the other two in Chillicothe, but HATE going through here at night around 1/2AM they are always messing up my order!! Ordered a chicken power bowl, no beans, extra lettuce add steak…. What is this? Didn’t even put the guacamole in it.. During the day the employees are great and make my food correctly. Overnighters are always messing up the order like they don’t even care to be there ?

Do NOT eat here. They are always “out” of something, basic stuff like beef, lettuce, tortilla shells, cheese, etc. Service is always poor and rude. Just drive an extra mile to the one on bridge street. That one isn’t much better but at least they aren’t always out of something. Worst taco bell I’ve been too, and I’ve given it like a dozen chances.

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell. had a mobile order with 4 combo boxes and one item from every box was missing. I’d understand if it was one box missing but how do you manage to miss something on every combo? Save your time and money and go yo western
This location was a huge waste of money I don't know why I keep wasting my time it's more beneficial to dive across town to the "good" tacobell they seem to ruin my order both times I've been here how can you miss up a simple soft taco order with a 5 layer Bonito it soesnt even sound the same.... you can be polite all day if you make sure your customers order is correct you shouldn't be in business. Thus store won't last long at this rate
