I'm on the hunt for the best local burger in Chillicothe and was recommended to Taylor Bros Saloon.The bushwhacker did not disappoint. The patty was done to a perfect medium on a standard bun. I had mine with lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo. Cheese options were American, Swiss and Pepper Jack; I went with pepper jack.The patty was seasoned well with good flavor and texture. It appeared to be a 1/3 lb patty. It didn't fall apart while eating it, the bun didn't quite fair as well.Overall, BEST BURGER IN TOWN.(Side note) This location is a bar as well. The staff and patrons were all very friendly to me, as well as my 10 year old daughter. If you don't want to stay and eat there; You can call in an order or get yours to go.(Side note 2) Parking is limited and can be confusing if you aren't familiar with the area. Got a Taylor's burger! Definitely one of the best in town, if not the best.... grill they cook on is 110 years old! Also, always get the skinny fries! Soooo good!
