Two tall beers and dinner ran $25ish. It's hard to get great tasting food for decent prices anymore. The wait staff and bar staff were fun and kind. I will most likely make this part of my regular stops. They took great care of me.
Was there today with my husband to have dinner , had to endure a screaming child , us and another table left quickly we had put food boxed up, and apparently the waitress doesn’t take order righ, my husband and I both ordered a 6 oz steak with grilled shrimp , she specifically asked me what I wanted for my side and on my got the salad and baked potatoe, says she didn’t hear me but I clearly said I’ll have the same then she asked me what side I wanted I said Mac n cheese, were our she said so I got baked potato so we were charged as side salad and baked potatoe for my meal. Servers pay attention when you’re taking orders. Worst services and atmosphere in a long time

After waiting 45-50 min to be seated, waitress spilled a bowl of gravy down the back of one of our guest and they did nothing, would not give a shirt, only discounted some cheese fries his kids ordered. Any other restaurant would have bent over backrlwards to make sure that guest was taken care of. Manager ended up seating us and taking our order bc our server had not arrived yet for our group of 8 is what they told us, after explaining to him we had a disabled veteran that needed seated instead of being out in the sun.

Went on Sunday evening. No baked potatoes, no Mac’cheese, no filet medallions, no steak kabobs, no shrimp. Rolls were not normal rolls. Never seen it this bad. Understand an item or two but this is not good managing of food supply. I’ve always been a fan of Texas Roadhouse but this was very disappointing!

Wow shockingly horrible experience and one I regret. I have been to several Texas Roadhouse restaurants in the past and this restaurant experience was absolutely the worst Texas Roadhouse (TR) and perhaps the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.
It was only a ten minute wait for a table of 5 at 8:20 PM which is pretty good based off of previous TR experiences. The hostess brought bread to the table however we didn’t receive silverware until after our beverages were served. That would have been fine but it took 10 minutes for our waitress to greet us another 7 for beverage delivery and 3 minutes after this we received silverware. While many would have seen this as a problem, it really didn’t bother me one bit. They were busy the server was in the “weeds” and the one thing my family and I had to look forward to was the consistent high quality food we have become accustomed to whenever we go to a TR.
Well folks as it turns out this time we were greatly disappointed. Since we lacked the knifes to butter the buns they were cold, and so was the chili I ordered, my first bite revealed it wasn’t even room temperature I stirred in the cheese and it wouldn’t even melt. Our server did not follow up right away so we needed to flag down another server to return the chili, another cup arrived shortly after and it was at least room temperature but it tasted a little bit odd so that too was returned. The server then told me that a lot of chili orders had been returned that night! I said it could get people sick, to which she agreed. (More on this later)
It took nearly 45 minutes to get our food after it was ordered. During this time we watched people sat after us get their food much sooner pay and leave before we receive our meals!
As for the quality of everything else, the kids burger was fine, the sirloins were good but my ribeye was also a touch cold. My side of mash potatoes were starchy and tasted like vegetable juice - they were clearly undercooked. The server did not return to the table after the food was delivered. No refills no offer of desert and I needed to track down the hostess to get our check.
Now it is almost 4AM I started writing this at 3 but have been battling serious stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting. I could feel this coming on since midnight. This is horrible- why would any restaurant feed people cold undercooked food!!!
Beware of this Texas Roadhouse- if they cut corners like this and serve cold undercooked chili and keep serving it to patrons after they know it’s a problem they either don’t know the risks or they don’t care.

It was crowded for a Wednesday night. Waitress was outstanding. And one of the best steaks I've had from a steakhouse. I mean it wasn't even close. This steak was so flavorful and so well cooked, my family and friends, (group of 8) were all very pleased.
