Great coffee, my card declined and the worker paid for it and was extremely friendly and gracious. Would absolutely come back.

Great coffee, staff and snacks. Nice outdoor patio with tables and chairs. We're from Cincinnati. We'll be back to Chillicothe and The Coffee Hub.

Cute little coffee shop with SO many flavors. The smores frappe was to die for. The staff was very friendly, we came in and the young gentleman working was a blast. Had conversation and made funny comments. Atmosphere is cozy and lovely.

The Coffee Hub is my daily go-to! Staff is super friendly & knowledgeable - always ready to recommend a new favorite. Very quaint place to grab a sip or sit & relax. Definitely recommend! My personal favs are the Energy Sprizers & the Lotus variety.

Absolutely delicious coffee beverages here. My wife likes to order the Cubano which is a Rōst beverage, but being more adventurous, I tried the "Cool Summer" and it's my new favorite. Fruity (blueberry) and not too sweet is exactly how I enjoy my iced espresso beverages. Service is also great. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Really good coffee. A little on the pricey side but everything is really good! The customer service is awesome too; one time I Doordashed from here and the Dasher had a flat so DD reordered for me; a worker here called just to make sure I didn't get charged twice incase it was stolen/etc. That was really cool of them, they didn't have to do that yet they did ?

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon at 2:45pm. I was informed by the young lady behind the counter that the expresso machine had already been shut down. Her attitude implied that I was an inconvenience and she didn’t want to be bothered.

I will not be back.

The people were friendly and nice. It was easy to order my drink and they are so fast making it. Very impressed!

Drink options and unique and different, but rude staff. Felt like I was an inconvenience to the young lady with the colorful makeup (I believe her name started with an S) when asking questions about different drinks. This particular young lady could really use some better customer service skills. Especially when working at a small local business with many competitors in town. After the encounter with her, I just felt unwelcome.and quickly left. Will probably not be back in the future.

3 trips based on friends recommendations and meeting them. It appears Door Dash and similar take priority! In line and after 10 minutes get to the front. The ladies already slowed the line taking phone orders and continue. Calls coming after customers in the line are to go to the back of the line. Not here. Last visit, request, order not taken as she cashier/order taker decided to become 3rd barista. Told her no issue, just make 4 shots when she had a moment. She did not. Went back in line and once again on the phone. Friend, a regular, spoke up and asked that she make the order. Once again, asked to get in line. Mentioned the prior issues. She could not have cared less. Adding to the concerns are violations of city code. Dogs in the store. Not just when ordering. Had two yappers behind us for more than an hour. I love dogs, but inside a coffee shop is not the place for dogs and certainly not when barking and whining for attention.Rost is much better.Paper City provides superior service and food.

We were the first people in line after what seemed like a rush. We stood there for at least 10 minutes while another line formed out of the door. This wouldn’t have normally been a problem, but there was were 3 girls and not one of them acknowledged us with even a, “be right with you.” One even came to the register and looked at the screen (online orders maybe?) and wouldn’t look up to even acknowledge anyone. We eventually left without any greeting, and definitely without any coffee. I work at a fast paced coffee shop with usually only 2 people behind the bar at a time, so I get it. But at least let the customers know you see them and will be right with them.

what a cute little hidden gem !! they use beans from rost ,so the coffee and espresso is top notch!! the lattes may have been some of the best I had !! the "soft top" is amazing and I never had that before at any other coffee shop around here . they had a nice selection of treats that weren't sold out even at 4pm. cute clean space too.another review below said their cookies smelled of smoke and I just wanna say I have no idea what that would be about because my treats were fine. perhaps that person doordashed their cookies and didn't consider the fact that maybe the dasher was a smoker, idk , because I too hate cigarettes smoke.. and I didn't smell any at all in the shop or on my cookies.
