We were the first people in line after what seemed like a rush. We stood there for at least 10 minutes while another line formed out of the door. This wouldn’t have normally been a problem, but there was were 3 girls and not one of them acknowledged us with even a, “be right with you.” One even came to the register and looked at the screen (online orders maybe?) and wouldn’t look up to even acknowledge anyone. We eventually left without any greeting, and definitely without any coffee. I work at a fast paced coffee shop with usually only 2 people behind the bar at a time, so I get it. But at least let the customers know you see them and will be right with them.

what a cute little hidden gem !! they use beans from rost ,so the coffee and espresso is top notch!! the lattes may have been some of the best I had !! the "soft top" is amazing and I never had that before at any other coffee shop around here . they had a nice selection of treats that weren't sold out even at 4pm. cute clean space too.another review below said their cookies smelled of smoke and I just wanna say I have no idea what that would be about because my treats were fine. perhaps that person doordashed their cookies and didn't consider the fact that maybe the dasher was a smoker, idk , because I too hate cigarettes smoke.. and I didn't smell any at all in the shop or on my cookies.

Sorry to share this awful experience at this coffee hub. Me and my husband were so excited to try the sweet treats. But were terribly disappointed. As we opened our no bake cookies there was a smoke taste on the cookie.like it sat in a room of smokers. It wasn't the packaging or anything else.. I'm very sensitive to smoke smell. Then my husband experienced the same problem with his No bake cookies. I don't know where you get these from but this is a terrible first experience and it will be a long time before I would every try this place again...

I absolutely love the blue lotus drinks. I have hated coffee my whole life, so there's very few alternatives at coffee shops for something like caffeine. I mean I'm not kidding when I say I dream about the blue lotus drink. I crave it so much but I can't get it on days I work. I would recommend any of the lotus drinks or redbull refreshers to anyone who hates coffee but wants caffeine.

My husband and I stopped here traveling back to Cincinnati from camping and the coffees were fantastic! I got an iced white chocolate latte and he got The Hub hot. They had a ton of other options that all looked great as well. Definitely worth a visit!

I drove from Columbus to have coffee and breakfast with my parents, sister and nephew on a busy Saturday morning and was very impressed!The staff was super friendly, helpful and made an amazing brown butter latte. We also tried the Trail Cookie…….OMG I definitely recommend it and lol one to take home with you!
