I wanted to take a moment to share a very disappointing experience I had during my recent visit. When I came through the drive-thru, the female manager who handed me my food was extremely rude and unprofessional. She never greeted me, didn’t tell me my total, and simply stuck her hand out for my card. When she handed me my food, she practically threw it into my car without a word or even a smile.
I spent $34, and I expect to be treated with at least basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, her attitude was cold and unwelcoming this is not the kind of service I expect from your establishment.
On the other hand, I do want to recognize the young lady who took my order she was very polite and friendly, which makes this experience even more disappointing when compared to how the manager treated me.
It’s also concerning that this particular location already has a 3.4-star rating, with multiple reviews mentioning the same manager’s poor attitude, yet nothing seems to have changed. If her behavior continues, I won’t be returning until this issue is addressed.
I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customers deserve to be treated with kindness and respect no matter how busy the store may be.

As someone who comes to this place almost daily for two years, this morning I was charged extra for something I’ve NEVER been charged for before. I questioned it and told the “manager” who wouldn’t tell me her name, that maybe she should educate her staff so they know to charge the right amount for things. She then threw my card back at me, flipped me off and wouldn’t give me a receipt. And told me I was barred from the place. I will be contacting corporate. This morning crew is a joke.
My coworkers and myself come into Tim Hortons every morning 6 days a week. We come to the Chillicothe Ohio Brdige st location wouldn’t couldn’t start our mornings off without the morning shift sisters they are fast kind and make our wraps exactly how we ask everyday we bypass our local location in Portsmouth bc it’s no good nothing like the morning shift sisters lol have a great day

Ice caps are good but hot drinks are always made wrong. Isn’t the peppermint mocha supposed to have peppermint flavor? At least a hint of mint or even chocolate since it’s a mocha. It doesn’t.

Went thru drive thru for a grilled cheese panini and it wasn’t even grilled. Cheese wasn’t melted and it had a few grilled areas on one side only. Definitely found the trash. Zero stars!!
