They rarely have the baked goods on hand to fill your order. Last visit the clerk was rude because my order wasn't correct and I asked her to fix it and she didn't like it. She asked me not to come back....hilarious...

Tim Hortons is going down hill fast. They are inconsistent with how they make drinks and the place is never clean. I ordered a tangerine refresher and it was basically ice water. No flavor at all.

Today at 525 am there was only 1 girl working at the Bridge st Timmy's in chillicothe ohio. She was kind , fast and good at what she did . She needs to be recognized for this. Coffee, and food and donuts were great
Kid-friendliness: Went through drive thru. And the girl was by herself. She was great. Fast and friendly and made great items we ordered. She needs to be recognized for this.

Ice caps are good but hot drinks are always made wrong. Isn’t the peppermint mocha supposed to have peppermint flavor? At least a hint of mint or even chocolate since it’s a mocha. It doesn’t.

I'm quite disappointed with this Tims Hortons. On my way home, I Came in around 5 pm for a coffee and donut (yes, Im law enforcement), young gal working register had no personality or even received a greeting from her. When I noticed all bake goods were out uncovered as flies buzzed around and on them, I asked if they were throw away goods, she said nope they are dor sale at full price to boot. I couldn't believe bake goods were left exposed for flies and other insects to land on them and get stale....absolutely disgusting!
