Today at 525 am there was only 1 girl working at the Bridge st Timmy's in chillicothe ohio. She was kind , fast and good at what she did . She needs to be recognized for this. Coffee, and food and donuts were greatKid-friendliness: Went through drive thru. And the girl was by herself. She was great. Fast and friendly and made great items we ordered. She needs to be recognized for this.

Ice caps are good but hot drinks are always made wrong. Isn’t the peppermint mocha supposed to have peppermint flavor? At least a hint of mint or even chocolate since it’s a mocha. It doesn’t.

I'm quite disappointed with this Tims Hortons. On my way home, I Came in around 5 pm for a coffee and donut (yes, Im law enforcement), young gal working register had no personality or even received a greeting from her. When I noticed all bake goods were out uncovered as flies buzzed around and on them, I asked if they were throw away goods, she said nope they are dor sale at full price to boot. I couldn't believe bake goods were left exposed for flies and other insects to land on them and get stale....absolutely disgusting!

Every time I go there in the evening because of my work schedule I can never get what I want because they shut down their expresso machines and other stuff down way too early was like over an hr before their hrs of close and they told me several things I can not purchase because their machines was already closed down they should change their hours in this case or wait til close to do this if they want to sale product also they was kinda rude about it

Regularly nukes my bagels to the point of them being inedible. Drove 10 minutes to grab some "fast" (slow) food. Drove 10 minutes back home and was delighted to behold two dragonfire charred levels of burnt bagels. Do you think it is acceptable to serve this in the drive thru? It's a waste of my money, and a total waste of food. Even knowing it's just a humble Tim Horton's joint, Gordon Ramsay himself would accost these people for their joke of a restaurant. It's laughably terrible.This happens about a third of the time I go to this location. Do better.
