I went to use the restroom and the women’s was literally flooded and diarrhea EVERYWHERE! It got all over my shoes the second I even tried stepping foot inside. I was repulsed I threw up and walked back out. Nastiest thing I’ve ever witnessed and staff did not even care.

When we walked in to the Wendy's on South Bridge St another couple walked in behind us. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement even though a manager walked by us numerous times. I finally asked if we needed to do something different to place an order the manager stated that the cashier was working on pickup orders and he had a lot of them. After a few more minutes the manager finally takes our order. I believe there was at least 2 managers on duty with a few other employees that seen us all standing there clueless on what to do. I'm not sure the reason why but the service was well below standards the food was mediocre at best. This Wendy's used to be the nicest in town and now it's one of the dirtiest places in Chillicothe. Yes it's fast-food but still they should have some sort of standards to go by. Zero customer service and l highly recommend North bridge St store. The sign really says it all.

The menu price didn't match what I ordered. Stated 2.69. They tried to charge me 3.39. I had to show a pic of the discrepancy. Was told they updated the prices. Cashier was very defensive. Not your fault. Manager did give me $1 off for the issue so I will give 3 stars overall. It is a huge chain. The menu board needs updated before you update your POS system.

Let me tell you when I say shake my head, some of the rudest people I have ever came in contact with, I work in the fast food industry and I was appalled. Not only was I interrupted 3xs trying to order but then once I got my food it was wrong, I checked it while still outside of the window and you could hear the manager yelling through the window complaining about us, then she slammed the window open and yelled in our face, and said What! It has extra pickles on it! And then we said yes but it's not supposed to have tomato or mayo and then she jerked it outta our hands and started complaining. I mean Wow! So I called and asked for corporates number and guess who answered, Karen in a managers shirt- the one that just acted very unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me that it was because there is only 2 people working there tonight, I said that I get working fast food but there is a way to talk to people and a way to treat people and that I still wanted the number, she then giggled and said it was on my receipt and I looked and it wasn't but they wrote it out on a piece of receipt paper and put it in the other bag. I feel for people who work in this industry but I get it. And as a manager you are supposed to lead by example and that was a poor one

Last time go biggie back, short one chicken nugget, fries cold and tea tasted strange. BURGER ARE NOT HOT AND BEARLY ANY TOPPINGS. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!

Terribly disappointed in the quality of food. One Wendy’s in Chillicothe, I was giving an uncooked chicken sandwich and which they did give me my money back and another one.they can’t even do something simple as counting chicken McNuggets paid for 10 didn’t get it. I got a few.

They will get your order right and have a clean dining area. That's a leap above what some fast food places have to offer. The only problem this location seems to encounter is the same one present at all Wendy's - slow service. Outside of that, it's a wonderful location for picking up some Frosties for the kid. 👍
