Let me tell you when I say shake my head, some of the rudest people I have ever came in contact with, I work in the fast food industry and I was appalled. Not only was I interrupted 3xs trying to order but then once I got my food it was wrong, I checked it while still outside of the window and you could hear the manager yelling through the window complaining about us, then she slammed the window open and yelled in our face, and said What! It has extra pickles on it! And then we said yes but it's not supposed to have tomato or mayo and then she jerked it outta our hands and started complaining. I mean Wow! So I called and asked for corporates number and guess who answered, Karen in a managers shirt- the one that just acted very unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me that it was because there is only 2 people working there tonight, I said that I get working fast food but there is a way to talk to people and a way to treat people and that I still wanted the number, she then giggled and said it was on my receipt and I looked and it wasn't but they wrote it out on a piece of receipt paper and put it in the other bag. I feel for people who work in this industry but I get it. And as a manager you are supposed to lead by example and that was a poor one

I have lived in Chillicothe for four months. I love WENDY'S that is why I keep going there it's close to my house. The food is never made the way I ask. Last time go biggie back, short one chicken nugget, fries cold and tea tasted strange. BURGER ARE NOT HOT AND BEARLY ANY TOPPINGS. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!

Terribly disappointed in the quality of food. One Wendy’s in Chillicothe, I was giving an uncooked chicken sandwich and which they did give me my money back and another one.they can’t even do something simple as counting chicken McNuggets paid for 10 didn’t get it. I got a few.

They will get your order right and have a clean dining area. That's a leap above what some fast food places have to offer. The only problem this location seems to encounter is the same one present at all Wendy's - slow service. Outside of that, it's a wonderful location for picking up some Frosties for the kid. 👍

Nasty, dirty. After a few mi it's waiting I told them, "I'm outta here, ya ignoring me and bathroom disgusting" manager said "you can clean it" I replied get me some gloves. Then I got insulted and called names so I left. Losers likely on drugs
I went there last week and ordered a number one, scan a barcode for $2 off, she takes my money and cashes me out without the $2 off, or even giving me my discount from my work that I get there and I was even wearing my work shirt and vest. When I confronted the front counter lady she said there was nothing that she could do and to call corporate. Then tonight I order a mobile order and ask for no tomato add mustard. There was not one drop of mustard on my sandwich but there sure was a tomato. This place SUCKS. 80% of the employees are either stupid or have bad attitudes.

Ordered a burger with no tomato add mustard. There was no mustard at all. And guess what, there was a tomato on there. Went there a week ago and scanned a barcode for $2 off a meal. She didn't even try to re scan or even give me my discount from my job (Pixelle). When I complained that she charged me full price she said to call corporate there's nothing she can do.... I've worked there before for over a year. Andshe could have made it right. Just stupid and inconsiderate. Thanks Wendy's. I'm done with it.
