Just now went through drive through. Charged me for cheese and onions on my chili and didn't put it in the chili. Gave me a regular coke instead of diet after I corrected it for him on the menu board. Shady place

We went to the Wendy’s on Main Street in Chillicothe around 4:45pm on 12/9/2024 and the staff was EXTREMELY rude. We got to the speaker to order and the girl said she had trouble hearing, my dad was the one saying the order, since she couldn’t hear him I spoke instead and I spoke louder because I was talking from the other side of the car and also because the girl said she couldn’t hear. I said loudly “a number 2” and then a man’s voice came over the speaker saying ‘you gotta calm down man, act your age’ and so we just left and went somewhere else. This is inexcusable, do not contact me about a discount or coupon or any of that. Fix it by reprimanding the employee involved.

Place is a joke. Staff can’t read use a cash register and definitely don’t know how to work with each other. Walked in to the restroom to wash my hands and the smell was horrible. I told a worker that the restroom was nasty and she told me that it must not be to bad bc you was just in there. SMH. I won’t ever be back.

These two women workers were very rude. They ignored me for several minutes when I was clearly ready to order. They wordlessly gave me my order - which was wrong - and didn't ask if I wanted any sauce. When I asked for sauce, she handed me some, again, wordlessly and not even giving me eye contact. I've never seen these women before in my life so i don't know why they treated me like this. That isn't right.
