If I could have given a zero I would have. The lady at the window was extremely rude. Was trying to ask her something she just ignored me.When she gave me my food she practically threw it at me. Then slammed the window. I live on a fixed income so I don't eat out very much.

If I could give a 0 I would the employees are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered food was thrown into bag without the lids. Very rude at the drive thru I would definitely recommend the one near rally’s, better service, nicer service, and you won’t get cussed out unlike this place the management is terrible here

Ordered to muffin breakfast sandwiches and fried potatoes. Sandwiches were cold, esp the breading. Potatoes were fine. No napkins in the bag.

I ordered chili, single cheese ketchup only and large drink. This store is the newest in Chillicothe. It's clean and always has the food that's on the menu. The other stores seem like they are always out of chili or French fries.

These people need to learn customer service absolutely rude The guy taking orders at the window was cussing about the customer. The person working at the front counter was absolutely more rude than the guy at the window. The food was cold and you could tell that they hated their job. They should probably not work customer service if that’s how they feel I’m sure I’m not the only one that is giving a bad review on this placewill not return

The manager cursed me and my husband told her employee to clock out and get rid of my husband and he knows what to do and she means i, he walked us towards the door curseing us out. All because we know an employee that the manager doesn't like, we haven't seen this person in a long time and just said hi to her. That is NO REASON to treat customers like that, she kept screaming these are her( the person that we know) people I talked to the district manager on the phone and he said he is going to watch the video and if that did happen that he would talk with them honestly don't know if he did but he sent me a gift card in the mail cause they totally messed up our food and didn't even give us all the sauce nuggets we ordered and also didn't even wrap up our sandwiches we ordered... so hopefully this manager and her employee doesn't treat other customers like this... Thank You
