I don’t typically leave reviews but I have been to this location multiple times as it is the closest place from home and from work. Let me tell you, after the dayshift crew leaves this Wendy’s location needs to just close for the night. Multiple times my order is has been wrong, so I stopped using the mobile app to go to the drive through instead. Tonight the order was correct but the food is as if it sat there for 4 hours and the spicy nuggets were as hard as bricks. My spicy chicken sandwich was the messiest thing to try to eat. Cold fries. The only thing I was happy with was the coke.
The worst part was the person, working the window, was being rude to the person ordering behind me over the intercom. Then once they pulled around the person working the window continued to complain and discuss the customer who just ordered as I sat waiting for my order with my window down.
I absolutely refuse to go to this Wendy’s location in the evening again. Don’t waste your time or money if you’re going here after 6pm.

To charge someone for sauces is unacceptable. Some people do not like ketchup and to charge someone for a dipping sauce that is not the normal is discrimination. I hope you change this policy or lose many customers.

Wendy's is the only fast food chain I know of, that is consistent. May not sound important but you know the quality of the food you're getting you know what it's going to taste like you know that you're going to get good service. In all my travels I have confidence in Wendy's

Do NOT and I mean DO NOTTTTT eat here. I ate ONE THING YESTERDAY and it was just chicken nuggets from here. Woke up at 2 in the morning and I’ve been throwing up ever since. And I have a tough stomach. YOU ARE LIKELY TO GET FOOD POISONING FROM HERE. LISTEN AND LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS WENDY'S ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS OR MONEY! Every single time I get food or drinks from this location specifically I regret it instantly. The food is always always always cold and hard. The staff is incredibly rude and show no respect for the customers. And this is not just 1 or 2 of the workers, it has every worker. I have ever been in contact with this Wendy's. I tried to avoid it at all costs but sometimes I still have to break down and go there because of the time limit on my lunch is very short. And wendy's is the closest, so I don't know, but I do not recommend at all!

I would suggest everyone stay away from this place. We walked in and the girl said that there’s a two minute wait because she can’t login. She asked someone else to come up from the back and she said the name Josh, can you come up and ring these people up and take their order. Then he yelled up very loud from the back so that all the other employees heard, He yelled, “No, they can wait as well.’ My husband and I looked at each other and the other employees looked in disbelief like hoping we didn’t hear it but we all did and then we left. Extremely rude and we were concerned that if he’s that disrespectful that the food would also have issues.

Went and tried to order a frosty but worker told me they weren’t available. Then pulled up to the window and waited for our food and watched the worker proceed to fill a bucket up of ice cream from the frosty machine. Just thought it was odd that they were too lazy to just make the frosty instead of filling a whole bucket up and wasting it. All while the car in front of us got TWO frostys????
I got breakfast meal and it was cold not even warm I couldn't go back because I was on a break. Will never go back there for breakfast. Very dissatisfied

This location often gets orders wrong. Almost always forget items. Evening drive through staff is often rude and talks inappropriately to each other within earshot of customers. Took awhile to get food and when shift manager brought out was blaring music from either their phone or a speaker in their pocket. On this current visit fries were old and they forgot something.
