Excellent pizza! In like no time,8 minutes usually. Price is also way lower than most here in town. And they are consistent, staff is friendly. They definitely are #1 or a close 2 on the pizza scale and I maybe somewhat of pizza connoisseur,lol. I like that you can eat all the crust & taste toppings in nearly every bite. I am very impressed & would recommend.( It is pick up only, no eat inside) And you can probably even get it delivered via door dash, if you wanted.
Great food but 2 things we ordered like one of the cheese bread and one of the pizzas did not get the zesty topper like was ordered to have. It was even on the reciept but the items did not get it. Also, if you like your st Louis crust to be cracker crispy in the center, make certain you select well done under the instructions. Make sure your order is how you placed it before leaving but it was very good food and will order again.

The manager, Brian is a super helpful guy. I accidentally ordered at the circleville location and they let me know before I left they could transfer my order over to this location. The customer service is fantastic and the food quality and quanitity is unmatched for the price. I love this location.

For the $ it’s hard to beat their pizzas and subs. Crust, sauce and toppings were very good. Highly recommended.

After a 2nd replacement large New York Style. The pizza was still not made properly. Trent at the Chillicothe location was very rude. Refused to replace or refund the 2nd time this same order was not made nor even cut into squares. I had to use a personal pizza cutter to just cut a piece. There was no sauce with the bread sticks. Trent refused to give there corporate number. He did not offer any solution to there mess up again. The crust was thick, supposed to be thin, cut into squares. It was just thrown together. Mushrooms were burnt n nasty. Customer Service, said manager Trent has no interpersonal skills, he has no business working with the public. Any other pizza or restaurant manager Domino's, Papa John's, Giovanni, Donatoes, Pizza Hut, etc. Would never talk rude, deny a Customer service to solve one, issue, let alone mess up the same order twice. Then refuse said customer to remake or refund to satisfy and make right there own not once but twice an order that the blame falls on the employee and management of Zanzis Pizza Chillicothe.

Would give a 0 if I could for the horrible service. We ordered two pizzas and only got one. It literally says on their menu that the $29.99 sampler comes with two pizzas. So when we called and said this, they didn’t give us the pizza nor the money back. Will never go there again.
