Ambience and service were great as always. However, we were so disappointed with the delay in receiving our food (1 1/2 hours from the time we arrived) and once received, it was lukewarm at best. The seasoning/taste of the food was good, however, difficult to enjoy because it was not warm/hot. I believe some of the issues were because of a wedding and maybe the kitchen was overwhelmed. Pork chop was good. Sides were cold. Angel Hair alfredo did not taste like alfredo. It wasn't AWFUL but it was bland. I asked if the chicken on top was grilled or blackened and she said it could be blackened - it came out like plain heated up frozen diced chicken from a bag. She apologized but never took off the $7 upcharge for the chicken from the bill. The ambience is very nice and the view is beautiful. The salad and bread were good, too.
The menu is limited, but what they do, they do very well. The scenic view rivals places we've been to in Toronto, Seattle, and San Diego. The wait staff the many many times we've been there has always been excellent. And the bartender mixes up a mean cocktail!
