I come here for lunch fairly often when I'm downtown or ill pick it up for dinner when I head home. I placed an order yesterday online and they were unexpectedly closed when I arrived (computer error caused the order to go through) I called the store today and the gentleman I spoke to was more than willing to remedy the issue however we needed to. So I just went ahead and set another order for pickup today. When we arrived to pick it up the order was made hot and fresh and was still just as delicious when it got home.I appreciate the willingness to resolve the issue however was necessary and always appreciate the delicious food and will continue to recommend this place to anyone who is in the mood for a delicious meal

This place was perfect for what we were wanting! Smelled it a block away, did not disappoint! Got Alley Fries and a cheese steak, was ready in 5 minutes, and came out great! Post-concert food, so the fact that they were open late worked out perfectly!

I want my old 13th Alley back. The sandwiches have little to no meat on them anymore. No peppers really to speak of realistically it’s like 1/3 of the sandwich they once offered. Also the fries that were great, now not so good where are the fresh cut. 13th alley went from being one of the best secrets in the city to following Frischs and other companies that have reduce their food portions so much so that they’re no longer worth going to, please fix the problem.

Used to be a great place to get a late night sandwich… I would recommend this to friends & family as it was… not anymore & never again will I come here or recommend any one else come here.Ordered & paid for food, proceeded to wait 20 minutes while everyone who ordered after me got their food.. so I asked them for an update and they told me “sorry we’re just making chicken right now”… half of the orders that were ordered after mine & given before mine had chicken.In total I waited for over 30 minutes for a single sandwich. Nothing special about it.. simply a buffalo chicken.Additionally The cashier acted in several ways as if she were under the influence of something.Again, this was once a great place, the new staff is not doing justice to how this place was 1-2 years ago.

I got the Philly cheesesteak rice bowl. It was delicious and we received our food about 5 minutes before it was promised. I will definitely be eating here agai!

The subs here definitely don't slap like they use to. The meat was unseasoned and unloved. My family and I loved traveling from KY to come here just to eat. #

A little bit upset because we did not get the fries as advertised in the other photos. Perhaps we came at the wrong time? The cheesesteak was great though!
