Worst place to stop for lunch in downtown Cincy. They are always running out of items on the menu and refuse to replace anything. Half of the staff is rude and incompetent. The recent management change RUINED THIS PLACE. After visiting almost daily for over four years - I Will never step foot back in this place. Stay away! Take your business somewhere else!
I love the Bowl Station She Is So Polite, and Sociable. The Grill Station Is Well....Uh Okay 6 out of 10. I Understand That He Gets Overwhelmed, But If I Could Suggest, He Adjust His Approach. The Cashier!!! OMG Please REPLACE Him!! His Demeanor, How He Takes Your Credit Card or Money Out Of Your Hand, Seem To Come Off Like He's Snatching It Away From You. He Has The (I Don't Care) Persona About His Work Ethic. He Would Be My Least Worker In The Cafe Who I Dislike, and Maybe The Manager.
The checkout line is routinely long wait even with new staff and new management. The salad used to be fresh now there are wilted pieces that show up routinely. The chicken chunks in the salad bar are so salty and unrefrigerated as they were room temperature. They no longer offer eggs. They offered whole organic eggs previously. Maybe it should be 1 star rating.
Nice place for a salad or fresh cooked burger. Cafeteria style with daily specials.
Its really hard to rate this place as each section is different. Their salad bar is good when its stocked. The burger station is good mostly but SOOOO SLOW! Sometimes the food is over cooked and fries are cold and sometimes the fries are hot and the food is perfect. â€â™€ï¸ The other stations are good and change what they serve daily. I ate there several time while working downtown. Ive added a few pictures.
Great people, & good portions of food!
I order the 201 burger. While the burger was good and the staff was nice I spent most of my lunch hour standing in line waiting. Getting the food I ordered was very slow.
Painfully slow, mediocre quality, and over priced. Expect to spend your full lunch hour waiting for one wrap.
Slow, inconsistent, lacking effective management.
Expensive average food, but it's convenient to work.

Nice place for food during lunch time. Seems to be a busy place, had to wait for a long time to get the food and then to pay for it.
I got the chicken fingers and tater tots. Portion size was tiny, chicken was dry and overall everything was overcooked. Terrible value for the price. Would not recommend
Quick place and relatively inexpensive for downtown.
Pretty good option if you are health conscience or don't want to take a trip out of the building to the many other eateries in the area via street or Skywalk. The staff is very friendly, with exception of one very rude and snobby female worker. I've enjoyed the salad bar, personal pizzas, quesadilla and their burgers. Was going to try breakfast one day, but non of the prices were posted on anything yet (20 minutes after opening), I might have to try again another day.
