I just went and my coffee was supposed to be a peppermint blondie mind you I’ve ordered it once by itself without flavor and it doesn’t have the flavor peppermint in it . I couldn’t go back because I had work 15 minutes later .

Ordered a chiller (frozen drink) and upon receiving it from the barista I noticed there was zero ice in it, nor was the drink actually frozen. I mentioned that to the barista and I was told “it was just a little bit melted.” It is 45 degrees out and I was maybe waiting in line for 10 minutes. I was not able to drink it and feel like the baristas just tried to pass it off to just keep the line moving.
