I work at Amazon and my work ordered a bunch of Cupcakes from one of these stores and the Cupcake I had was the best Cupcake I have ever eaten in my entire life. The icing wasn’t overpowering with sweetness and was not overloaded with pure sugar, the icing was a perfect balance of sweetness and it melted in your mouth.

I had 130 of these cupcakes at my wedding years ago. We’ve been coming back for years. Hands down the BEST cupcakes you will ever have’ I highly recommend these to anyone! Get them!! Have them at your wedding. We made a cupcake tower. It was a HIT!

Service was horrendous. Girl at the counter was rude, dismissive, and not welcoming, sitting down and on her phone the minute we paid. We felt like we were being a bother just being in the store. Cupcake was ok. Way too oily, that it was falling apart. Wouldn’t go back.

I always pass this shop and decided to stop in today to see what they have , I walked in the cashier look right at me didn’t greet me or anything so I stood there clueless looking for a menu . She continued to just stare at me i figured out on my own , she still staring at me no greeting or anything . I just walked out . Terrible service super rude definitely will never return . I see why it’s always empty 😂

I got a coffee at your location in Eastgate. I live in kentucky and boy do I have to say its 100% better than any other coffee I have had in my lifetime. I had asked the girl if all locations had it and she gave me the bad news ( only Eastgate location). I'm begging you to please have it in your downtown location PLEASE!! That's only like a 10-15 min drive for me. THANK YOU

Cute bakery attached to the Hilton hotel. I tried the red velvet and the lemon cupcakes. Surprisingly the Lemon won out of the two. I love red velvet but this one was so cold from the fridge I didn’t get to love it like I had hoped. I’m guessing they’re not made daily and I get that based on supply and demand for the location. Nevertheless it was still good. The lemon seemed much more fresh and had the perfect amount of zest for a lemon flavor. Was not over powering, but just right. The creme icing was sweet and good as well. The lady working there was very sweet and welcoming. I did eat all of both if that tells you anything. I would definitely go there again. Give them a try.

SO. FREAKING. GOOD. I was having a bit of a down day and wanted to lift my spirits with a sweet treat. Just so happen to stumble upon Abby’s and oooooo wow. Such a perfect cupcake. I got chocolate peanut butter, strawberry, and cookies n cream. The cake is a delightful consistency, and the icing is *chefs kiss*. The women working were also so sweet and put a much needed smile on my face. I will be returning! Thank you for lifting my spirits today.
