There is bird poop all over the perimeter seating area and the servers never came by.

Manager refused to play the stanley cup finals during game 5 on a Saturday night. Instead they had on a documentary and an XFL game. When politely asked if she could switch the channel, she completely dismissed me, and did so again when my aunt and friend asked. One of the rudest people i’ve ever come across in the service industry.

Sick views of the city at night. This is the place to go to after a Reds game, the ground level of the banks is quite collegey. Just get there pronto because they'll limit capacity, gotta comply to fire codes.

Our server was great and had a splendid demeanor. Made sure to come around even when it was slammed. I think her name was Kailey. If management sees this, they should give her a raise.

View stands above all at this venue. Hard to get into on game days.

Don’t go during WEBN fireworks they’ll charge you $200 for a bracelet they actually check for IDs when they never do year round. I’ve never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Horrible atmosphere

I wish I could give zero stars. The only thing good was the view. Service was slooow so food was cold AND not the items we ordered, waitress and manager were VERY RUDE...worst of all they made us pay BEFORE she even put our order in!! I'd starve twice before I patronize them again!!!

We came here at about 10 PM, they did not have any food at that time. The cocktails were disappointing, very light on actual alcohol, just sweetness and ice.
Definitely come here for the view, maybe skip paying, check out the view and go to some restaurant next door, there are a lot of them just downstairs.

Drinks and view were good. Food is terrible they just need to take food off the menu entirely. Just go here to drink and hang out not eat

Staff were friendly enough to get a drink from, don't expect any help deciding on the types of larger offered. Great view of the city and river, enjoyable spot to be at.
