We should’ve known to walk out when we noticed no one was in there but we ordered and rice was undercooked, server did the bare minimum and sat at the bar and scrolled instagram which I am assuming was because of the auto gratuity on the bill. Would not go again

This place is bad for business and has no integrity. I have been a loyal customer to Doris for years and referred plenty of customers to her. She tried to get over on me with no remorse. My hibachi had no chicken in it, so she told me I could get a credit. A couple days later I ordered for my credit and she said she would honor it. My mom went to pick up my food for me which she also ordered her hibachi chicken as well. When my mom got there she asked if she was applying the credit,Doris said yes. My mom trusted her word. The next day my mom got a notification showing that Doris charged her for my order which should have been a credit. I went up there today in regards to this matter and she tried to renig and made it seem as though she never agreed to a credit. She has no integrity. As a business owner, you should always honor your word especially to loyal customers. And my food was burnt the second time but I let it go. I will never spend money with them again. SHE IS ALSO RACIST! There is video circulating of Doris calling a woman a monkey. And to go back to Africa. They have a bad reputation which is why they lost many customers

Food was absolutely amazing. The steak and rice was so flavorful. The soup and salad was amazing. Great service. Super friendly staff, and she told me I had big muscles too so that was a bonus lol.
This is the best hibachi restaurant in Cincinnati hands down. I'm so happy for them. I love their new location. I live on the Westside where their old restaurant use to be but gladly drive downtown to get me some chicken hibachi any day. You gotta check them out it's a Must Eat!

Went in on a Saturday night, was a little surprised that it wasn't busier but we also arrived after the dinner crowd. Service was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. Drinks and appetizers (Tori Tatsuta was amazing) were brought out quickly and were delicious. Our party had the Scallops and the Filet from Hibachi and were delicious. I had the Katsu Don with pork, which was very tough, but the server (Giovan) quickly removed it and replaced it with the Chicken, which was outstanding. Egg and Chicken were cooked perfectly as was the seasoning of the dish. Owner and her son were gracious and very sweet, we will definitely return.

came here with my family ordered the steak hibachi and it was OUTSTANDING! our server was educated on the menu and gave great recommendations. place is perfect for a family meal or a great spot for date night. highly highly HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in the cinci/nky area.

The food was OK. They drenched it and soy sauce. The protein portion was very generous. The lady that was taken the order had horrible customer service. I pay for my food with the card. Once the charge cleared they had added a tip that was unauthorized.
