Was in Cincy for work and stopped by Al-Amir for a quick bite. The food is simply some of the best Mediterranean food I'd ever had. The chicken Philly gyro was absolutely delicious and the fries are great too. Highly recommend this spot - friendly employees, as well!

Al Amir Cafe was pretty good. There is limited seating inside, be warned. They have a typical Mediterranean menu, nothing fancy. Is it the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had? No, but it’s still pretty good. Make sure to specify if you want things totally vegan, meaning no feta and tzatziki sauce.

The owner is so kind and quick with service! My go-to spot for halal food in OTR, everything is fresh and delicious. There have been a couple of occasions where I walked up and there was no one in the building (despite being "open" according to the hours on the window) but I can tell it's not something that happens frequently ?
