Food was okay. Person working register didn't know much about barbecue which was strange. They stuffed the dessert into small containers which made all the top half stick to the lid.
In town for one night and wanted to eat local….what a great decision Alabama Que was. I had the smoked chicken and pulled pork with mac and cheese, baked beans, and potato salad. I had the apple cobbler for dessert (for free!). Without question, one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. And barbecue?…the best I’ve had. So, if you’re in Cincinnati and in the mood for barbecue, THIS is where you eat.
This place is FANTASTIC! Incredible food and somehow even better service. The owner Dwan is one of the kindest people you’ll meet and the man working the cash register/bartender offered great suggestions and service. To top it off the turkey tips are AMAZING!! As an out of towner and someone who lived in the south this stuff is the real deal. The Mac and cheese and baked beans are must-tries too!
