Came here for the first time for my birthday this weekend with my family. Amazing experience, some of the best food I've had in my life. Highlights for me were the empanadas and braised short rib. Corinne was our server and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be back.

First time we went there. It won’t be the last. My friend had the pistachio crusted salmon with asparagus and grilled vegetables. I had the special, grilled salmon with risotto. It was delicious . The bartender, (I think her name was Payton??) was phenomenal. She made us feel like we had been going there for years. The atmosphere had a great vibe, very relaxed and romantic. Thanks again. Last night my husband and I had dinner at Alfio’s with my bil and his wife and it was an unforgettable dining experience. This Italian-Argentinian gem effortlessly blends the best of both culinary worlds. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a cozy vibe. Our table opted for the tasting menu—a six-course journey of beautifully crafted dishes, each one perfectly portioned and bursting with flavor. Every plate was a work of art, both visually and in taste. Our server, Tyler, guided us through each course with thoughtful explanations and insight into the culinary techniques behind them. Meanwhile, Sully, the sommelier, was an absolute gem, sharing what made each wine unique and how it elevated the food alongside it. The tasting menu revolves weekly and I don’t think you can go wrong with this option. Overall, the experience was just lovely. I can’t wait to return and try more of their mouthwatering dishes!

I reserved a table at Alfio's this week for a work dinner and cannot praise this establishment enough. Our server Corinne was phenomenal and so attentive. The food was outstanding! Everyone raved about their meals from the empanadas, the steak, the salmon and gnocchi. The team was incredibly accommodating with our party numbers. I can't wait to go back for more work dinners and on my own.

Everything was incredible! Our waiter, Tyler, was honestly the best waiter we’ve ever had. He had stories about each dish, all his recommendations were perfect, and he made our experience so fun. We went for just a nice little date night and walked out thinking this has been our best Cincy dining experience since moving here- we’ll definitely be back!

It’s easy to leave bad reviews, but sometimes harder to remember to leave the good ones. Alfio’s has been serving excellent food with even better service (a rarity nowadays) for quite a while now. With so many good restaurants turning over lately, I’d like to see this one be successful for years to come. I’d recommend Alfio’s over some of the James Beard nominated chefs I’ve tried.

First time there was great. We went for a birthday dinner, and they even had happy birthday on the menu, which was a very nice subtle touch. The environment was relaxing and comfortable. Food was wonderful, and our waitress Corrine was as pleasant as she was professional. We had the 6 course chef tasting and it was very good. The cocktails were a tad bit underwhelming, but still good nonetheless. The wine list was extensive so will probably try that instead next time. We will definitely be back!
