The food in the place was delicious, but the service was awful. The waiter was very nice and helpful, but the waitress was very dismissive. When we finally got the check, we decided to pay cash since she was taking so long and when we got up to leave she finally noticed us and had the gall to accuse us of dining and dashing. Really wish we had gone back to take our $10 tip on a $38 tab back. Will not be back again. Two servers who worked October 16th around 1:30 PM, the guy was very nice but the waitress was very rude.

The young lady who took my order at the bar was very dismissive. She was not warm nor welcoming if I am going to swipe my card and then use a kiosk hand device and it’s asking you for a tip on a carry out I should be able to modify and hold the kiosk. I’ve never been told oh I was told to hold onto this so people won’t steal, that was very tacky. She should never mention that to a customer at this point in the game I’m sure and I hope that you have insurance on a device of such.
We live in Louisville, but came to Cincy for a day trip and we're so glad we bumped into this spot. This had to be one of the best burgers (The Americano) I've had in a while. My husband had the burger wrap, and he said it was amazing. I ordered the traditional fries, and he ordered the onion rings (make sure these make it to your table) which were delicious. We had such an attentive waitress named Aleah, and if you eat out often then you know professionalism is hard to find, but she hit every mark. She gave us a rundown on what was popular to her own personal favs as well. I'd definitely request her when we come back. Thanks Aleah we appreciate you.

There is a first time for everything: $0 tip.
I am a college student, traveling with my class, and we stopped in the city to tour a museum and grab a bite to eat for lunch.
We naturally looked up places to eat, and Americano was one of the first places that popped up. When my group of 10 people got there, we offered to split up into smaller groups, they put us at a big table by the window, and said it wasn’t a problem. *we were the only people in the restaurant at lunch time besides 3 men at the bar
Throughout the duration of our visit, our server, Aliyah, was very rude and dismissive of our table, making us feel like we were bothering her by coming to this restaurant to buy food from them.
For example:
-There was no: how are you all, hello, etc. She took our order and walked away.
-When our food came, she didn’t ask or give us the chance to ask for extra things like silverware or ketchup.
-While we were eating the waitress didn’t come to check on us. Not even once. We finally had to walk up to the bar and ask for things.
-While we were eating, she was drinking alcohol behind the bar, as well as serving it, to whom I assume was her partner. I thought this was illegal but maybe their managers don’t mind.
-When we finished eating, she seemed annoyed that we needed split checks, even though we asked if they were able to do that before we sat down.
-When we received our bill, she sat our papers down on the table, wouldn’t hand it to us.
-When she brought the card machine around, she said we were “funny” because we kept handing her our receipt and then our card. I asked her why she said we were funny. She said “you all keep handing me the bill and you can’t pay with the bill”. We were a larger group and she never told us how she was going to take our payment, so I said “You never told us how you wanted to take our payment, so it’s hard to assume that you don’t need the bill since we are all paying separately”. This was the moment, I decided I needed to write a review, so I asked for her name. She hesitated, and told me her name. She asked why, and I said, so we can leave a review.
At the end of the day, I have no idea what this person might be going through to of made them this way, but we were very disappointed in our experience at this restaurant. Maybe it was our age or our group size, and they simply don’t like younger paying customers.
I know it can be hard to find good people to work these days, but this was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. You would think for a $15 burger and a $5 side of fries, the service would have been better. The tips on a 10 person table could have been great, but this waitress really rubbed us the wrong way. And it was disappointing because the food was actually REALLY good. It was worth the $20, considering the location, but I would not recommend others to this restaurant because of the service.
Last thing: The music, at the time of our visit, was very explicit and inappropriate. They were playing songs with the N word and was of poor taste. It was also very loud and a little much.

I had the Maplewood Burger and I loved it. Bodie is the manager and has a gift of being great to his patrons.

Not sure if it is because I am from Atlanta, but the food I received tasted like it had absolutely no flavor. I got the Southwest saled, the party wings (charged me a dollar for ranch for the wings) and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich (15 dollar/Excludes fries) and a beer. The best thing I got here was the beer and music while I waited on my food. My salad (pic taken) was drenched in what seemed to be a premade dressing with nothing but mayo. My salad was straight up soggy and milky. My wings tasted like they had absolutely no seasoning on them. Tasted like straight chicken on the grill ?. The chicken sandwich was no different. The bread was soggy and the chicken was plain Jane. If you are going here, it seems like a good place to have a beer. However, if you are going to get food, you are wasting your money. I feel completely ripped off after spending 56 dollars. Starts from the top down. The owner must be one of a kind. Best of luck with your time in Cincinnati ?

Good burgers and service. OK salad, the greens were wilted ((Southwest) Stay away from the $6 happy hour mixed drinks. They are weak, my whisky sour tasted like sour (and they charged $3 extra for the sour!) and the gin and tonic tasted like tonic. No taste whatsoever of any spirits. I switched to the $3 beer, but pricing is not clear - $3 gets you a Bud but not a Corona - would have been nice if they mentioned that. Best happy hour deal is the half price bottle of wine.
