Old school pizzeria. Service was fast and friendly. Crust/dough was not fluffy or chewy. Kind of bready. Italian salad was classic Italian American and very good.

Wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. The service is amazing. The gentleman working was incredibly kind and gave us access to the patio so we could sit with our dog. Very pet friendly and accommodating, they even gave us treats for him!

Can’t order online. Went to call them phone rang for about 3 min no answer. Waited 15 min caller again no answer seems like they don’t wanna make a sale. Good food tho

This isn’t the first time I have experience service form this establishment. But today I experienced service that was beyond disrespectful. My spouse called in a specific order and when I proceeded to pick up the order it wasn’t what she ordered at all. As usual I checked my order and when I saw it wasn’t right I asked her to come in and recheck the order. As she let them know the order wasn’t right staff became disrespectful. My spouse asked for the order to be made correctly and the man refused and proceeded to tell her not to come back. Customer service completely unacceptable!!!!

Let me start this review off by saying I have been here over a dozen times, every time I order from here I order a medium pepperoni and bacon pizza with either Anna peppers on it or on the side cut in squares. Tonight I ordered the same exact thing except I ordered a side of 5 wings well done. My boyfriend goea in to pay for the food but before he paid for the food he checked it. The pizza was a large pizza not cut in squares. He came to the car and asked me to go in and tell the older gentleman what I ordered. I told him I ordered a medium thin crust pepperoni bacon and banana pepper pizza cut in squares, the guy proceeds to tell me that’s not what I ordered and asked me did I want the pizza. I told him no I would like for him to remake my pizza the way I ordered it. He literally told me no he’s not remaking the pizza the way I asked and told me not to come back. I am so upset because I patronize this business and have never had an issue. I feel like he knew he was wrong because when he or whoever the gentleman was that took my order said large and I corrected them and said medium. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I PRAY TO GOD THEY AHUT DOWN BECAUSE YOU DPNT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. I know what I ordered and he made me feel like i shouldn’t or didn’t deserve what I asked for. Whoever took the order that was their fault not mines I literally corrected them to make sure I got what I wanted and not what they wanted to give me. I wish nothing but bad things on the guy that told me not to come back and the restaurant chain in general F’em!!

We live in Loveland and we are not happy with the food at the Loveland location and also the manager is kind of rude so we get our Angilos from the Reading location where the pizza and steak sandwiches are always great.
