I eat here at least weekly and I am always filled with gratitude leaving this location because the staff is very friendly and patient and the food is hot, fresh, and accurate. Stopped by Arby's and tried their new bacon sandwich – it was pretty good! And of course, I always love their curly fries. A great combo for a quick meal!

Order through drive-through worker brought out food. I asked her if they had put sauces in the bag. She stated they should be in there walked away. I proceeded to look in bag no sauces and bag went inside. Spoke to the manager when the drive-through girl came up and started arguing with me Totally disrespectful. Even after the manager had told her to stop, she continued to argue with me

Went for the fish, but sadly discontinued, but decided to go with the new brisket sandwiches and the mac n cheese, what a great combo, was delicious with the spicy sauce, can't wait to get that combo again.

This place is great to get something to eat, The service is impeccable, it's not like Wendy's up there they aren't gonna tell you they're out of half the menu and the food is always great quality, great to have lunch or dinner with friends or family. 10/10 They treat you like family. They don't serve breakfast but I have never heard of Arby's having breakfast.

I ate at ARBYS yesterday in Columbus Ohio it was FANTASTIC!!! I tried the Pulled pork sandwich You get your choice of bbq sauce it comes with no SAUCE ON SANDWICH. I Just ATE at ARBYS in DELHI CINCINNATI. OHIO where I live. I loved the Columbus pulled pork but DELHI PULLED PORK WAS AWFUL!!!! I asked for NO SAUCE I RECEIVED A SANDWICH WITH LOTS OF SAUCE!!!!!! I even ASKED TWICE NO SAUCE ON SANDWICHES ALL THREE SANDWICHES LOADED WITH SAUCE. WORKER WAS RUDE SND TOLD ME NO SAUCE COMES ON SANDWICH YOU GET UOUR PICK BETWEEN SPICY OR SWEET BBQ SAUCE ON SIDE LIKE IN COLUMBUS OHIO. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ARBYS AGAIN!!!! Bad service. Horrible FOOD!!!! Manager should be FIRED!!!

I’d find a different Arby’s if I were you. Whoever is working there, handing out the bags of food obviously doesn’t know the weight between a double or a regular. So I paid for two double beef and cheddar and received one double beef and cheddar and one regular classic roast beef. :/ so they don’t know how to read either.

The front cashier at the front desk I think she said her name is Carmen she is awesome she goes above and beyond for her customers and when she's not busy helping customer she's cleaning and just taking care of the place That's the type of person I would love to hire
Andrea & Ms. B was amazing today. Even though they was short staffed, they remained professional and got the food out in a timely manner. The store was amazingly clean, and the counters were clear of any old sauce or soda or sticky spots. They worked as a team & got the customers taken care of. Highly recommend this location! Keep up the great work yall!
