Good food. Ordered two meals and ended up getting the wrong size drink. Mentioned it to the lady at the window and she then handed me the right size drink, but it was the wrong option.

Ebony at front counter is not helpful and rude acts like she doesn't want to be there and has no motivation to work she is a very disappointing person to encounter when you are having a wonderful day yourself!

Trainwreck is an understatement for this place. I pulled up to the speaker. Before I even say anything, the man working the speaker says they are short-staffed.
I finally get to the window 10 minutes later only to learn that my timed order is not ready. The guy working the window tell me me to pull into a parking spot. I said I placed a timed order online and I asked how long; he says he has no idea, at least 5 minutes. He said there are literally 2 people working in the building. He said he has to get to all the customers in line before they can get to my timed order despite the fact that I am literally at the window. How is this place even running with 2 people?
I then pulled into a parking spot and waited in my car at least 5 minutes before going inside the restaurant, only to see at least 4 people working. So their workers lie to customers.
The woman I talked to inside was actually nice. And my food was ready by this point but no one brought it out. Terrible experience. Stay far away from this place.

2nd day in a row that the Mac and Cheese had an expired used by date on it. I called the store and the manager was giving me attitude. They did offer a credit but it was with an attitude.

I eat here at least weekly and I am always filled with gratitude leaving this location because the staff is very friendly and patient and the food is hot, fresh, and accurate.
Much respect to the young man that runs the drive thru frequently.
I hope you guys see this review bc you all do an awesome job!
