Forgot several items on my order and a couple items were not correct. They did make it right, but this has to be the worst Arbys I've ever had the displeasure of giving money to. Go elsewhere for something to eat.

I placed my order and it was ready in about 2 minutes. Crystal took my order and was very professional and friendly. I really appreciated not having to order from a kiosk. They truly seemed to be happy I was there.This was during the lunch rush and I was very impressed by how well this location was operating. I'll definitely be back.

I rarely stop here but did today. For $12, I got a beef n cheddar, curly fries and soft drink. The sandwich was not hot and frankly looked sad, the curly fries carton had 1/4 regular fries in it and the soda was so stuffed with ice that I got maybe 4 sips from it. They also ask you to give / round up your amount for gratuity I guess? Folks, this kind of stuff is sad and out of control.

Online order was not complete and was missing items (cheese cups for fries). 3 cheese cups cost $6?? There was no point in getting cheese cups an hour later. Store employees claimed they couldn't refund their mistake. Way too much hassle for fast food that costs $40 for a family.
