A certain time you might have an hardtime pulling in and pulling out from the restaurant. it's off glenway the food is hot and good. I think they shouldn't shrink the cup and fries size. I ordered a medium and looks like a regular size everything Arby's stop Penny pinching
This restaurant is a joke ! I placed my online order at 9:40pm on Wednesday October 30th, 2024. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:57pm. I went thru the drive thru. They told me to pull ahead and wait. A car came thru the drive thru behind me. The person that went thru the drive thru received their food before me. At 10:15pm, 40 minutes after I placed my order, I finally received my food when I physically got out of my car, went into the restaurant, and complained.

I asked for a beef and cheddar with extra cheese. Instead they gave me a slide of American cheese, so I went back In to get it fixed. And had the most disrespectful women act like it was my fault even though my receipt even says otherwise.
The fries were hard and cold and I honestly just regret coming here entirely. I would highly suggest going to a different location if you want to eat Arby’s.
