this arbys used to be awful, I gave it a second chance a few weeks ago and it delivered. tried it again tonight- same thing. fast food, nice people. gave me the perfect amount of ketchup and napkins :)

Food was good. Received as ordered, well put together. The person taking the order very much lacked any kind of personable skills. Not polite, but not rude. Noticeably unwelcoming, ungrateful and downtrodden. Hope their day improves, but it didn't improve mine. None the less, we appreciate filling our bellies at a reasonable price and conveniently.

Why ask what sauce you want on the pulled pork if you are not going to put it on there and forgot the horsey sauce also plus had to wait over 10 minutes for a dry sandwich that was cold

I went around 8 pm a few weeks ago, and two employees were smoking weed in the back, while one individual at the front was unnecessarily rude, unprofessional, and abrasive. That, combined with the fact that the food was cold, I will never give money to this particular Arby's ever again. I think others should do the same.
