My bf and I came here last night and I got sick 30 minutes later after eating the food. From the night into the morning. When I called first thing in the morning at 10 am I was told my information would be told to a manager. I called back the same day again at 2pm and was told I have to have a doctors note like I’m an employee or something to prove I got sick. I threw up close to 10 times between morning and night! I also contacted corporate the only thing she asked me was did I eat something else. To try to put blame on other food when she couldn’t because this was my first and last meal. I have hung onto my receipt and I do feel as though I should get a refund due to me being so ill ? along with my bf feeling sick as well. Their “ professionalism from “managers to cooperate” is disturbing and disgusting. I will no longer be buying food from any Arby’s location and I’ll spread the word the other customers as well so they do not get sick!!!!

I went through the drive through, the service was great but I really wanted one of their Jamoca Shakes, but the machine was down. I just sucked it up thinking the food would make up for my craving...well, that didn't work because the curly fries I received (which I didn't ask for) were cold and I was not offended something different, but I found another type of fries in the box?! I ordered a double beef for my husband and asked if they could add onion...well, he got "1" onion on his sandwich. My order came to $29.00 and some change...I just tossed mine in the trash, honey finished his but was mad because of no onion and our grandson took only a few bites and called it quits. I'm sure others like this place, but as for me... I'll just pass?

Love Arby's!!! Such good food and quick drive thru. I love everything on their menu!!! Highly recommend this Arby's. Staff is super nice.
