They are almost always super busy, but they keep the lines moving rather quickly. One thing I've noticed though is that they are almost always out of multiple menu items. I mean I'm not fast food restaurant manager but you would think you would notice "hey we keep running out of the same 4-6 items, maybe I should order quite a bit more of those items so I'm not always running out of it." Not trying to sound rude but seriously how do you run out of the same things and never have any on hand everyday?
Literally got my whole order wrong somehow, no cheese on the beef and cheddars, forgot a sandwich, skimped on the fries. . . worst arbys on this side of town by far

Hit or miss sometimes it's all good and fresh sometimes it's really not fresh at all
The worst experience I've had at an Arby's was today. I don't know what's going on but I've never been given a gyro where the meat came straight out of the fridge. To boot the drive through girl handed me an overflowing coke that spilled on my lap as soon as it came in my window. Following that up with a cold gyro with a pita that was stale or dried out from sitting out too long and I'm starting to wonder why I am giving two stars. I guess if the fries had been bad, too I'd give one star. I won't be coming back if I can help it.
