*update* Apparently the management here does not want to hire more than one person per shift to run the entire store. I've been here several times simply because of the proximity to home, and every time there is one person working, end of the drive-thru wait times are ridiculously long.
Great selection of good food. Some people forget it's still fast food. They hire the bottom of the barrel, you're not going to get top end service

So glad they brought the ArbyQ back! The app had a couple of great deals, too.
They are almost always super busy, but they keep the lines moving rather quickly. One thing I've noticed though is that they are almost always out of multiple menu items. I mean I'm not fast food restaurant manager but you would think you would notice "hey we keep running out of the same 4-6 items, maybe I should order quite a bit more of those items so I'm not always running out of it." Not trying to sound rude but seriously how do you run out of the same things and never have any on hand everyday?
Literally got my whole order wrong somehow, no cheese on the beef and cheddars, forgot a sandwich, skimped on the fries. . . worst arbys on this side of town by far
