Where do I begin? How about at the beginning....we walk in to there being one person ahead of us. We fiund out, when he let us in front of him, that he worked for "corporate." So of course, he ordered and received his food promptly ( within three minutes of ordering) so explain to me how we ordered before him and waited 18 minutes for our food? The girl running the register appeares to have never read the menu. Then, theres no cups for sauce?♂️. Meanwhile we just watch as car after car in drive through comes in with incorrect orders. After 18 minutes we finally get food only to bite into mac n cheese bites that are completely ice cold. Even the buns were stale. Definitely not worth the overly exaggerated high price we paid.Wish there was a stay away rating.

If I could give O I definitely would. As a former employee I loved my job until I realized what was going on and took my employment elsewhere.1- the managers are very disrespectful to staff.2- they talk about staff to other employees and fire people when they stand up for themselves.3- they sell drugs out of this business4- they do drugs in the bathroom5- they drink alcohol in the parking lot and don't lock the doors at night6- they do not take care of the parking lot or the bathrooms people have to say something about how nasty it is 1000x before anything is done (that's if it even gets done)7- customers can't even pull up close to the drive thru because of the amount of food and trash is on the ground.8- they don't wear gloves or wash their hands when making the food9-they smoke cigarettes in the building10-thry pull the food up from the fryers before the beeper so 9/10 the foods not done.

Saturday January 13 my brother and I stopped in at Arby's on Harrison Avenue in Cincinnati. We were served by the manager Star from Arby's store 091. She made our dining exlerience the best we ever had, she made sure the food was fresh and hot, and served with a smile. I heartily recomend revuziting this estabishment.
It's been a while since I've been to an Arby's, especially this location cuz in the past it wasn't very good or welcoming. Not sure if they're under new management but everybody there was in a good mood. Happy and willing to help you which made it nice. I ordered the new big game burger. Had to try it. It was good. Never had a burger from Arby's before and was suspected it to be okay but it was a little bit better then ok. I ordered the burger without the barbecue sauce and had it on the side. The barbecue sauce it's okay. I put the Arby's sauce on the burger and it made it awesome with a little bit of horseradish. If you're in the area of this location, you'll be meet with happy faces and you'll get some good food. The place is very clean and orderly.

this is just a bad arbys period.. The women that runs it trys so hard to make her customers happy shes a older lady with brownish/blondish hair and is always there. I just think its so short staffed that they can not ever get anything right. They are always out of stuff from straws to napkins!!! why doesnt the dist. manager step in and just send some one to gordons food service to get some bulk napkins until the truck comes in. You have a gem in the older lady i dont know her name but she bust her butt when shes there and she does it with a smile... if i was here i would be looking else where unless you are paying her six figures.. she is the best part about this arbys..
