The representatives were not very friendly. The length of time to receive my food once at the window was entirely too long. The food was in a bag, ready to go, but the representative continued taking an order from someone else instead of simply giving me my food so I could be on my way.

Fast, friendly service. My Jamocha shake was perfect. They also made the best Super that I’ve had since moving to Ohio. Made exactly how they were before they disappeared from the menu! Thank you very much.

We have not eaten in this Arby's pre-2020. The older lady at the counter was very nice and helpful.The manager was working in the dining room, and he went out of his way a couple of times to check on us. An employee also checked on us. You would think this was a full service restaurant.Was clean, food was all made correctly and also made well.
