They actually corrected my food but nobody should have to worry about their food being burnt especially after you work all day and restaurants shouldn't serve this to nobody. These nuggets was unedible.

My son and I went to Arby's this afternoon to get the 2 for $6.99 fish sandwiches. The employee working the drive-thru was not very friendly. I asked her for extra tarter sauce because my son and I like a lot of tarter sauce plus I always swap my bun for whole wheat bread when i get home so I always ask for extra. She proceeds to tell me that they put it on top and bottom bun and that they don't have tarter sauce packets. I told her that the Arby's on Winton gives me it in a condiment container. She then sighs as if she was annoyed, like she's the gatekeeper of tarter sauce. She then hands me our bag with the container of tarter sauce after all of that. I think I will stick with the friendly people at the Arby's on Winton Rd. These people are really making me just not want to dine out anymore.

I did a mobile order for a beef and cheddar and a small fry . I believe it was the MANAGER but I was only allowed me to have 1 sauce per sandwich (I eat the sauce with my fries ) I asked to pay for additional sauces and she flat out said NO! Also the fold was cold bread was stale … Will definitely be going to the Arby’s on Springdale road down the street from now on.

My family & I go here all the time usually at night. The one time we go there was year Saturday,December,21,2024 2:30 pm !
I was appalled and disbelief at the service!!!
Every other time that we've been there like I said usually at night, the service has been fantastic but this time during the day there was two African-American girls, a older white lady that was working and then a black African-American cook they got our orders wrong and then, as soon as I got to the speaker and told him that my order was wrong, she told me that if it was in a box that it was a brisket That I had the right sandwich. I said ma'am, I'm looking at the sandwich. Do you want me to pull around? C

I normally don't complain about food or service but I am today. The curly fries were cold like they have been sitting and the beef n cheddar was cold I added a cup of cheese and it did not matter. Called the location the first thing the manager said to me is this is not the location by white castle. I told her I know that and I know what store I called. Yes I am upset about my experience is because I have been craving arbys and when I finally get it it was horrible. Cashier did not smile or greet but at 12:30 pm food should be hot or anytime.

The round, older white woman is so rude. I prayed for her because life must be kicking her butt. The time I came before today I let it slide. People have bad days. She was an example of terrible service today as well. Made one young man before me walk out .

Every time I go to this location, I ask for “a handful of Arby’s sauces” or more than a few, and they never give me more than three or four. It doesn’t seem to matter how much food I order. I told them, like I do every time I put Arby’s sauce on my fries and my sandwiches. Yet they still feel like it’s good customer service to just give somebody two or three when they clearly asked for more. Unless this person’s hand is the size of a Barbie doll’s, that was NOT a handful of sauces. It’s old at this point. I’m starting to wonder if you guys bonus your employees off how many sauce packets are left at the end of the month. Is that true?

We got my husband a regular roast beef, 2 potato cakes and asked for a large cup of ice but got a small. The worker was annoyed about asking why we got a small cup. She was more annoyed when we asked for an additional small cup. We had to ask for napkins because there were none in the bag. Also we asked for Arby's sauce which we thought were in there but discovered later we did not get any. The meat was not warm and had a not great taste. We are visiting here from Missouri to see family which we do a few times a year but won't come back to this location.
