The cashier gave horrible customer service yesterday (3/10/2023) around 11-11:30am. I guess that's normal for her because she knew not to give me a receipt. Even the other customer who saw her behaving like an errant child had to walk away. It was that terrible and obvious. Update: Thanks for responding with the survey link!

Went to order take out, Michelle working the counter, who says she is a manager, was very rude. I asked what came on a sandwich, and she talked to me like I was completely stupid for asking. Asked for extra arby sauce, she said they aren't allowed, I said I would pay for it. Don't understand how you can't give the customer extra sauce if they want it, and willing to pay. After her continued attitude, I asked for a refund, which she tried to not even give me the full amount, saying she couldn't ring it in. She definitely does not need to be in customer service let alone a manager

The food was cold. Had to wait 5 mins to get someone to come over and say what do u want. Had a credit and got it slammed it down on the counter. Bag fell over and it was ice cold. Charge .50 for cheese on beef and cheddar and it wasn't worth 50 cents. It was the worst service I have ever had. Colerain ave down from colerain and banning. The drive thru lady was nicest one there.this was on Thursday evening around 5pm.

Curly fries ? had TOO MANY ends of the potato ?. Didn't have any Actually Curly fries ? in my order. And the dough used for my Gyro was hard around the edges.
The place was a little bit outdated... But it doesn't make it look sketchy or scary.... The size and proportions are actually pretty good size the price for value...Kid-friendliness: The staff was kind and courteous they helped me in any way that I neededWheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair access is actually pretty easy you come directly off of flat parking lot directly into the building
Every time I come to this Arby's, the staff is friendly, the food is prepared as I ordered it, the restaurant is clean.

Sat in drive thru for 5 minutes and no one ever came to take my order.
