I live around the corner from this Arby’s and I will never eat here again. The chicken sandwich I just ordered was literally less than half the size of the bun. It was cold and rock hard. It had clearly been sitting out all day. None of the employees here give a damn and why should they? They clearly don’t get paid enough to give a damn about anything and it shows. I’m posting warnings about this Arby’s at the community center across the street and warning everyone to stay away from this horrible place. I’ve spent over 50 dollars over the last 3 trips there and literally every time it was a joke what I was served.

Food was good. Staff was friendly. Store was clean. There was a problem with the timing of the online order for dessert. It took 15 minutes. I'm not sure if I hit the button for 15 minutes instead of ASAP on the app, or if their system has a glitch. But they were friendly and helpful about it. Be careful when ordering from Arbys app. It doesn't always notice your location and it often defaults to your LAST order and last location.
I have had to drive 4 miles to another store since the app didn't notice my new location compared to the previous online order.

I normally frequent this location because the food is good and the service is fast. The food was correct but I pay 4 dollars for a large fry I expect it to be a large fry. I was given this and I asked if it could be filled more and he said “this is how it comes” … I work in this industry and that’s just incorrect. 4 dollars for half a sack of fries is crazy. They didn’t. Choose to fix the problem neither. I left with my half sack .

Worst Arby's I have ever been to i was told there were no turnovers during a dinner rush and then almost handed the wrong order. management was severely lacking as it appeared to be staffed with only teenagers who were congregating outside the building on the clock.

Pulled into the parking lot to see three employees smoking cigarettes and rolling dice. Left immediately because it's not the 1960s.
Went through the drive-thru thinking that they were open because the drive-thru lights were on and the menu was lit up sat there for 5 minutes no one came on so what did they do they just turned all the lights off acting like they weren't open childish behavior just get on the intercom and say we don't open till 10:00
