Arby's is and has always been one of My favorite places to eat! I absolutely Love their food, but the prices, although they have gotten a bit better throughout the years, are still among the highest-ranking whenever it comes to the fast food restaurants I frequently visit.. Ohhh, speaking of the fast food industry and their restaurants, Arby's is not only one of My faves, it's also one of the only ones I feel comfortable enough to dine in! And, that says a lot, as utilizing a company's drive-thru is one of My greatest attributes! 😄 🤣 😂 😆

I go every week to pick up dinner for my father in-law and the group of employees is attentive and polite. They take care of my order as soon as I walk in and order is always correct. What a credit to the management. Thank you for your kindness.

Found multiple small curly black hairs on the two sandwiches that we ordered. Unfortunately one of the sandwiches was bit into before finding the hair, and my friend is now throwing up out of disgust. I cant stop gagging.

Bun was so hard that I could knock on it. Spent $22 on two meals and neither my son or I could've finished our sandwiches. Just angry, since money is so tight anymore.
Potato cakes are back and for good! So the sign says. I think i complained plenty on this a while back, and maybe they listened to me and many others or they found a cheaper method. They are a little thinner than before, but thats fine with me. I get the large comes with 4... Really, the only reason i go as the rest of the food is good, but hashbrowns available anytime is all me.

031125 went to drive thru, was greeted right away, and was told they would be with me in a moment. Seemed like a 10 minute wait. Finally ordered, paid & got on my way again. Lady at window was ok. She asked if I wanted any sauces, I Said yes, told her what I wanted & then never got them.

I live around the corner from this Arby’s and I will never eat here again. The chicken sandwich I just ordered was literally less than half the size of the bun. It was cold and rock hard. It had clearly been sitting out all day. None of the employees here give a damn and why should they? They clearly don’t get paid enough to give a damn about anything and it shows. I’m posting warnings about this Arby’s at the community center across the street and warning everyone to stay away from this horrible place. I’ve spent over 50 dollars over the last 3 trips there and literally every time it was a joke what I was served.

Food was good. Staff was friendly. Store was clean. There was a problem with the timing of the online order for dessert. It took 15 minutes. I'm not sure if I hit the button for 15 minutes instead of ASAP on the app, or if their system has a glitch. But they were friendly and helpful about it. Be careful when ordering from Arbys app. It doesn't always notice your location and it often defaults to your LAST order and last location.
I have had to drive 4 miles to another store since the app didn't notice my new location compared to the previous online order.
