Truly a gem in the Clifton area. Pastries and coffee = high quality and delicious. Staff = friendly and loved by all. Kim Morgan Lou and Dawn are my best friends. Ambiance = cozy and comfy with great music. Vegan options. My home away from home.

Good sister bakery to Brown Bear in OTR. They seem to have more savory goodies and loafs that I enjoy.

The pastries available were flavors and types that I dont normally see available for vegans, at most places. Everything I got was beautiful, flakey, flavorful and not too sweet. Updated from previous review on 2025-12-22

Pastries were so good, enjoyed the coffee as well just wish it came in a bigger size.

Best vegan pastries I’ve ever had! The Sweet Potato Savory Tart was great, and the Kouign Amann hit right. Couldn’t even tell they weren’t vegan. My friend had high praise for their Maple Crème and Pain au Chocolate as well. They are on the pricier side - paid almost $25 for four items, but they were gooood. I’ll have to return for sure.

I got a chocolate croissant and an iced vanilla latte. The staff were really nice and my order came out quickly. The chocolate croissant was delish but the coffee was subpar (and $6). I would come back again for the pastries but not the coffee.

This is a hidden gem in the Gaslight district that I found recently. They consistently have 4 different vegan options, including one savory pastry. These are literally the best vegan French pastries I’ve ever had and I’ve traveled from the East to West Coast— you won’t be disappointed! Updated from previous review on 2025-11-02

We were really excited to go here for the first time, but the girl working the register was extremely rude even though we had already let her know it’s our first time. I think as a small buisness, your customer service should be welcoming to newcomers, not rude 😅

The best vegan pastries I have EVER had. So buttery and flaky and soft and just perfect. PERFECT. I’ve been to a lot of major cities, and this place knocked it out of the park in all areas.

Unless you're able to go in the first hour they are open, expect limited or no product available. This seems like something they do purposefully rather than due to unexpectedly busy days.

The baked goods we had were delicious. I stood in line for about 20 minutes due to the size of the bakery. But it was worth it. I appreciated the variety of options.
